I have been a frequent visitor to Spinx, and there's one employee who stands out as the absolute best: Bee. It's not just about the convenience of getting fuel or snacks; Bee goes above and beyond to make every customer's experience exceptional.From the moment you pull up to the pump, you can see Bee's dedication. Rain or shine, busy or slow, she greets each customer with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, and it's truly refreshing to see someone so committed to their job. I’ve had my fair share of conversations with her and she has given me some amazing recommendations.What sets her apart is her incredible work ethic. She never seem to take a break, constantly moving to ensure everything is clean, organized, and running smoothly. Even during the busiest rush hours, Bee remains calm and collected, efficiently managing the pumps, assisting customers, and restocking the store shelves.Beyond her work ethic, her knowledge and expertise are impressive. She can answer any question about the various fuel options, recommend snacks or drinks, and even provide local information. Been coming here every morning for 5 months had issue at pump and Manager was very rude and insulting! Same female that’s always talking on her cell phone. I’ve heard her other conversations to other customers while standing in line. Customer service skills are very lacking! But I’m done and will no longer make this my morning coffee stop!!!
