Gentlemen behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was trying to make sure I was in the right location and was basically shooed off like I had no business being there. If you’re going for anything other than a box AVOID GOING INSIDE AT ALL COST!!

Guy at the desk is rude and has a bad attitude. Trying to reach someone in the office suites and he chewed me out like I was a child because I pressed the call button since it looked like a different building.

If you’re looking for a secure storage space, look no further. I absolutely love this place and the customer service is amazing and personable. The rates are affordable. Jim is amazing!

I do not have a storage here but if I needed one I would! On the day of the 2024 solar eclipse I was going EVERYWHERE looking for eclipse Glasses for my kids- people were selling them online and Marking them up- someone told me to go here and I called and they said COME ON IN - yes we have free glasses you can pick up! The gentleman was super nice and shared the different things they do for the community and I thought that was great! Thanks for making my kids 2024 Eclipse viewing experience better!

Its an honor to have space here at spring valley storage two notch rd ..Jim is the absolutely the best!! Jim is very attentive to all needs to make the process easy to be apart of the facility. I enjoy the conversation the politeness and respectfulness as i enter the door its always a smile.

Jim was so prompt, getting me a storage unit on such short notice when I needed one. Rented the unit for a year. Closing out my unit was just as easy. Just a phone call.
