Brianna was awesome! They dont accept my insurance, however, explained how I could be reimbursed. Online optometrist had zero bedside manner, unfriendly, but did nail it on my prescription lenses. The in-store staff made it worth the lack of human response from the online optometrist.

The overall experience was good 😊 front desk clerk was very helpful and she explained everything I asked about. The appointment took a little longer than expected but the service made up for the time . Second time using their services, will be a repeat customer
