Two registers, but only one person who can use them, leads to nine employees standing around with nothing to do while someone refills a bunch of gift cards. Which would have been forgivable if the middle of my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich wasn't cold.

Too chaotic without action. Lots of staff; but my scones got lost feon the register to the pickup area.

They make the drinks and food correctly about half the time. The staff tends to get pretty upset if you ask for a wrong item to be fixed, but they are nice otherwise.

They charge me a different price every single time i come. One day an iced latte and a bagel is like $7 and one day it's $10.

Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!

Absolute slowest Starbucks on campus. I was 45 minutes early to class and ended up being LATE because of the slow workers who are socializing while we are all anxious to get to class. I hate this place.

this place is literally awful. they take forever to get your order out and the drinks are subpar at best.

Very good staff, the are very efficient at their jobs. Biggest down side is the wait time. It gets packed in between classes making it difficult to get in and out in a timely manner.
