I didn't visit for me but, for my niece. They have great customer service. My niece got the ham and Swiss croissant. It is small but, we had to pinch off twice to get to the ham. She wanted me to try it. It was good for the piece I had. Wouldn't mind getting two myself. You'll need two to get enough to eat.

Review of Starbucks Location:Today, I had an unfortunate experience at this location that left me deeply disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The supervisor, who displayed what some may refer to as Napoleon syndrome, exhibited a poor attitude and lacked the necessary interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively. It is possible to convey messages without resorting to rudeness or disrespect, and this aspect was sorely lacking in the supervisor's demeanor.As customers, we choose to spend our hard-earned money at establishments like Starbucks, expecting a certain standard of service and professionalism. However, after witnessing the behavior of the staff and the supervisor, I have decided that this will be the last time I patronize this particular Starbucks location. It is disheartening to see management set such a poor example, as it reflects on the entire establishment.During my visit, I observed the staff neglect their duties to engage in a confrontation with a customer, a situation that should have been handled with tact and discretion. While we value the hard work of fast food service workers, it is crucial to uphold customer service standards that prioritize respect and courtesy. Accepting rude behavior only perpetuates a negative cycle that hinders any potential for improvement.In conclusion, the lack of professionalism and customer service at this Starbucks location has left a lasting negative impression. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues and instill a culture of respect and customer-centric values in their team. As a customer, I expect better treatment and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This Starbucks is closest to my house so when I run out of coffee at home it’s convenient to do a quick online order and swing by to pick up. I have ordered the same drink since I lived in Seattle - Starbucks country.. Vente vanilla latte triple shot extra hot. The last 3 times I have ordered here I pick up my drink and get half way home and realize it taste like hot milk.. no coffee or very weak coffee. Two times - when I returned they said they were aware the shots were pulling weak. Today I tasted it in the parking lot… hot milk again! Went back to the drive thru… the gentleman tried to tell me “just so you know you ordered a venti so there is more milk” as if my coffee should taste like milk without coffee? I told him I know what my coffee tastes like which is why I get a triple. Sorry Starbucks, but it’s super inconvenient to your customers to pay $8.15 for a single cup of coffee and have to return to have it replaced. I can go to Circle K and get a cup of coffee and it tastes like coffee. Which is what I will be doing from here on out. With those prices , they should really do a better job!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in terms of how they make the beverages. They are not baking these drinks right at all. I have 1 star for the service because they were nice. However, the beverages are not good at all. This is bad.

Very bad for my first Starbucks experience, I was eating my cookie wich wasn't that bad by the way, it was very crumbly tho. When I took a bite from it a little piece fell on the floor and I felt a rat passing on my feet to catch it at the speed of light?? Absolutely disgusting, mind you this all happened INside the place.

Took too long to come to the drive thru despite seeing people inside working and seeing cars just 5 minutes before. Maybe I’m wrong but I was pretty sure they were open. If I am wrong then this is the only time I’ve not had a good experience because I usually enjoy this location on the rare occasion I want something from

This is my favorite starbucks in the area. The young women here are always so nice and work hard that’s for sure! Every day there’s a line out the road! I especially like the barista who is usually at the espresso machine with the grey hat, she really got that southern hospitality down! It’s rare to see a fast food worker who seems to care about their job. You can tell that the management is good when the workers are happy like that.

I just left Starbucks Monday October 2nd at 7pm and the female manager with the glasses and two front yellow teeth has a serious attitude problem. Her customer service is terrible and she doesn’t need to interact with customers.

Today i witnessed the worst customer service ever at this location and the supervisor with Napoleon syndrome the little woman has the worst personality. It is away o say things with out being rude . You made the decision to work here and we make a decision to spend our money here but this will be the last time I give my money to This Starbucks Your management sets the standard I witness the staff literally stop working to attack a customer on what they tell everyone. We appreciate the fast food service workers but if we continue to except customer service that is rude nothing will change.
