We bought our Hyundai palisade 2020 from Stivers through Thomas Sanchez and had a great experience. Thank you Thomas for making the exploration and decision making process easy. Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.He has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This team knows how to pick up the baton from an online inquiry. It's great to have actual people to walk through he process. Shout out to Joe Delmege for going above and beyond to make the experience seamless for me and working around my busy schedule. I even loved the ambiance of the building, a much more calming environment compared to the chaos of most car dealerships.

Do not use this dealership if you want to be treated like more than a dollar sign. I had several concerns regarding customer service when dealing with Austin. The last instance was regarding my car recall and the manner in which he dealt with me to include hanging up on me. When I called the service manager to report this inappropriate behavior, he never returned my call. I wrote an unsatisfactory review which prompted them to reach out to me only for the general manager to answer and rush me off the phone without me being able to completely explain my grievances. I have purchased TWO vehicles from this property and would tell anyone that is considering Stivers to think again. They are recalling vehicles and acting as if it is your fault; in addition, they will return your vehicle to only have you to have to return it to them due to the services being incomplete. They only care about the bottom line and not about the consumer. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I recently had my first Genesis G80 service appointment, with exceptional valet pickup service. Working with Ms. Debra made this the best experience imaginable! Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. She made me feel as though I had known her for a lifetime, which made me totally confident that my car was in great hands. As very special thank you to the Stivers Hyundai & Genesis team; especially Mr. Michael Bowers (who was our expert salesman), Ms. Debra, Joseph, and Delaney!

Chris was amazing and very thorough. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered and didn’t try to persuade me in anyway. When I decided on my vehicle Chris had it washed and filled up with a full tank a gas for me to drive home with. I love my 2024 Tucson!

Me and my wife had a great experience with stivers on 9/27/23. We went there and was able get exactly what we wanted. Marcus Britt went through everything with us and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was not trying to force the sale like a lot of places do, he gave us the info we asked for, and was patient with us as we made our decision. Zena Shurafa was a great help finalizing everything and walking us through signing the paperwork, and show us all then extended warranty coverages and breaking them down so we understood what everything covered, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to stivers if we have need for another vehical. I will highly recommend Marcus Britt and Zena Shurafa to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, they were great to work with.

This is by far the worse shop I've been to. I leave out the service department with and additional issue than when I went in there with. They do not want to cover the price of the situation they started. They sure do not have a problem with utilizing your extended warranty to gain income when they cause the problem. I highly recommend no one utilize this dealer services.

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited yesterday. This was the third Hyundai vehicle I've purchased from salesman Joe Delmege. He is so easy to work with and makes the buying experience a breeze. And the finance manager was also great to work with. I never felt any pressure to purchase anything i didn't want or need. I got a great deal and highly recommended Joe Delmege and Stivers Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used car.Today I drove my new car to Norfolk, Virginia. I blew away the estimated highway mpg of 28 and got over 34 mpg.

First time car buyer and Jerrell Gibson was a big help! He was very knowledgeable and paired me with a vehicle that matched just what i needed. My mom bought a hyundai a month prior so he was already familiar with us. I was able to get a good monthly payment for a 2023 hyundai elantra too. AND he didn’t forget the sprite my dad asked for!

Super happy with my new Hyundai Venue the minute I walked in I felt so cared for by all staff ! Julio is so smart and explained every detail of vehicle and was reassuring and so sweet. Great experience purchasing our new Palisade. Julio Merz was great and kept me informed throughout the process. Finance department was low pressure and laid out additional warranty options clearly. Highly recommend. Will definitely do business with the Stivers team again.
