Ordered titan with extra turkey.Order clearly shows thatThere was no meat at all. All American ordered had no meat or cheese.Make sure you check your order.This is one of several times that we have had issues with this location.No more!

The sign on the door says open until 9 PM on Sunday. Even Google said they were open until 8 PM on Sunday. We arrived at 745 to find the doors locked and the ladies inside just looking at us. When you are a restaurant you stay open and your doors are open until the time you say you close.

We were so happily surprised to see Christy working there. I had known her at another Subway back maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Yes, she is just as wonderful at her job now, as she was then! I worked at a few fast-food places some years back, and she brings that calmness and friendliness and energy to the job that makes all the difference between ho-hum and yum-yum! Plus the place was spotless and tidy, the other customers seemed happy as well. Good work, Christy!

Every time we go grocery shopping at Walmart we go to this subway. We've never had any problems. There is one worker I don't know her name, but she recognizes us every time we come in. Every time we need to go out and grab some take out, we come here.

Staff is unprofessional and could care less if you know it. I had a particularly terrible experience, so they knew it was me that completed a Subway review about how horrible the service is. The “manager” really outdid herself with snide snide remarks and dirty looks when I went back in...proving my point. Sometimes the drive through window is open, other times it’s not. I’m not expecting Chik-Fil-A service but I do expect the “adults” that work there to act like adults.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I asking the extremely rude young lady with red dreadlocks about cheese bread choices. She said she doesn’t know how to answer that question. Ok so I asked for a vegetable sub on 6 inch on wheat. She is still mumbling about “all these signs in here and asking her questions.” I walked out. She ruined it for me going to anymore Subways. I know I should t judge them all by this but that really rubbed me the wrong way.

The WORST customer service. The owner does not follow up when customers have issues ordering online for his location. Subway's corporate customer service says it only takes a phone call from the store owner to have the online issues fixed. All around TERRIBLE customer service at this location.

Okay so this is not my first time ordering for pick up, but this time kinda irritated me a bit. I ordered online wanting a chicken bacon ranch salad with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, black olives, onions, ranch, and guacamole. Now with working it’s easier for me to order online then pick it up within my half hour lunch so I don’t have to wait but holy sh** I have all spinach no lettuce at all no pepper jack cheese and no bacon.. of course my lunch is over now and I cannot go back to have it fixed but sheesh what I wanted was printed on the receipt...
