Bought a watch. Charlie Brown was very professional and very pleasant. They had the watch overnighted so I could try on. Sylvan’s is the closest AD for me but still 2.5 hours away—they made it a positive experience. When I needed a sizing adjustment on the bracelet, they were as kind as couple be. All good.
