Kudos to Patricia at the Forest Drive Branch. How lucky Synovus is to have Patricia as an employee who values their customers so much. From the minute we walked in to the time we left, we felt like customers who were really appreciated. Patricia is definitely a 5 star employee representing this bank.

Took out a line of credit with NBSC to help me through medical residency. Could hardly make ends meet and NBSC really came through offering a minimal pay back while hardly making minimum wage early in my career with the understanding once I was on my feet as a physician I would pay back the loan (with a pretty hefty interest fee) win win with pretty low risk of me not paying back this loan. Well big synovus takes them over and all customer service relation go out the window and “they don’t do my type of situation anymore”. They charge my loan off and I’m now in the terrible situation of a delinquent account with this on my credit score and it’s impossible to get a loan for a car or house. They said just find a bank and explain your situation I’m sure someone will offer you assistance. So I say ok you’re a bank and you know my situation how about you help out. They say oh no we can’t do that your credit score is too low. Anyways, long story short, don’t bank with them. Horrible to their customers and they are absolutely 0 help.

Jonathan who works at the branch is horrible and should be fired! He put my mother and I thru HELL to have me added to her account! I live in Atlanta GA and he said we needed to be at the bank at the same time in order to be added. I reached out to customer service and they said this is not true.. we were never provided with any documentation showing it was done!
