Horrible customer service with continuous lies and wrong charges. You pay your bill and their crappy system still shuts your service off and they expect for you to pay rostral fees for their mistake. No star if o could that's how bad it is.

I never leave reviews, but this place was so unprofessional and did not do anything that they said they would do. After about 10 hours in total with them, my parents not only did not receive the countless incentives they were promised if they switched to T-Mobile, but the gal who assisted them messed every possible thing up. All of her mistakes are human error, which happens and that’s fine. But she and her manager could not have cared less about making things right and were unprofessional. I recommend you reconsider doing business at this place and go somewhere else. Customer service is simply lacking.

Hey manager/owner.....notice a pattern of disappointing reviews in the last few weeks? My daughter went there today with a warranty issue and was told to go to the nearest apple store. I'm pretty sure the nearest apple store is in Atlanta. Maybe check with your recent hires to see how they fare on the dumbness scale. Don't know who it is? Don't worry, I'll be back in town in a few days and will be sure to let you know.

Great place but avoid the African American male sales man here (light brown short unkept hair) most horrible lazy rep I have ever encountered refused to help with exchange, refused to help locate a new device, and stated his job is to only sale the service… weak responses usually come from weak people so it’s to be expected but this guy took the cake! Today is Tuesday Aug 22 11 o’clock if you’re going today speak with the other rep or prepare for a headacheAnd for the record I’m a black man and this is a poor representation of us smh will be reporting him to corporate

Very nice people but completely limited knowledge of their job. After countless calls and trips to the store for help, our services are now working . Home internet keeps buffing or going out. Phones have an echo. Wish I had gone somewhere else ?

No one said hello when we walked in and when we went to buy a phone I had to walk up and ask if we could be helped. When i did the lady said ummm I guess he could help you and rolled her eyes. When he was working with us he was not friendly and also wouldn't transfer our stuff. This really makes me want to switch over to Verizon. At least they have better customer service.

Never thought I’d leave a 5-star review for a mobile company to be totally honest. I’ll break it down by category/reason below.Customer service: absolutely phenomenal! Habiba and Kayla took great care of me and even followed up multiple times on different days after I left the store! Somebody give these people a raise!Internet: I got the 5G internet plan and ended up returning it because it didn’t work well at all in my area. But returning it was just as easy as getting it, thanks (again) to Habiba.Wireless service: it’s only been about 5 days, but all three of us have been impressed with the speed and the coverage.I switched over from AT&T and, although I kept their internet because it’s simply the best speed in my area, T-Mobile is killing them on price and customer service overall. Thank you guys!

1st time going to this location. I normally go to the location on Harbison to purchase items, etc.The staff was nice, greeted me when I came in.I purchased 2 liquid screen protectors, unfortunately one of my liquid screen protectors were dry, no moisture on the 1st applicator which was Alcohol to clean your phone screen and on the 3rd applicator which is the liquid protector that you apply to the screen.I felt robbed after paying for 2 and got 1 ?When I normally go to the Harbison location a staff member normally put it on for me, The young lady who helped me did went to get her manager to put it on my device but unfortunately, when she checked, the manager had left for the day and she was unsure of how to do it because she haven't been there to long and her other co-workers were busy ?so ? that's, that. SOL
