The salesperson did not really take into consideration other customers. She continued to talk on a rather personal level with another customer making us and others wait. Not cool. By the time we got served, she did not listen and wanted to charge us the full price of an iPhone 15 even though qualified for the upgrade. She does not know her role, poor customer service and overall waste of time. Sorry will go elsewhere

I was told I couldn’t pay my phone bill in store after having to greet the workers upon entry although I was the only customer in the store.

Just keeps getting better and wished I’d left AT&T years ago as I was with them 15yrs,paid numerous phones off and satellite and internet and got a iPhone 12mini a year&1/2ago called in twice about hardware before it was a year old and they wouldn’t budge and wanted me to pay $500 off on the phone and taxes on a new phone and I told them I wasn’t joking about leaving &would you pay for a broken phone that Appeltechs and4att techs said hardware was shot but they still wanted me to do and pay all that and I called T-Mobile and new phone free and paying less with insurance than at att w/o insurance lol

I have a T Mobile Family account. My phone would sparatically make calls and wouldnt receive any calls. So l had tried several times unsuccessfully to contact tech support, 30 plus minutes each. So I called the Killian Road T Mobile. I was told not come in, just continue waiting on the phone. They couldn't help me. I was already out and stopped by the Two Notch Road store. The young man Rego, was so helpful. He showed me what to do to fix the problem. He also gave me tips on what to do if it happens again, and even told me if it continues, to come back by to see him and he would gladly help with installing a new SIM card for me. I just want to say Thank You Rego for impeccable customer service. I am waiting to hear from a kidney transplant clinic and my phone is my life line. Thanks to T Mobile on Two Notch Road. I have the confidence if something goes wrong, even with a Family T Mobile phone, I can get help from a friendly individual.

Dealt with a person named Matt, I arrived to store first , Matt started with me was supposed to receive a new Samsung s23 phine phone for being over 55 and becoming a new customer, Matt gave me a A14 phone stated thos is the one that comes with deal, I believed him, my son arrived after as it was get 2 lines for 27.50 , my son gets an 1000 I phone and asked Matt about a trade for old iPhone that was told by another associate he would receive a 300 credit for, and my son asked why I was only getting a A14bphone and not S23, Matt replied its to late for you to get 300 credit and your mother's s23 already started paper work and I would have to charge you restock fees that would be way more then 300 credit, so we left with what he gave us. My son went next day still not understanding why , and asked again, Matt lied to Eric stating he offered me new S23 and I said didn't want it now that was a lie. He was rude, and continues to lie, lazy and very poor customer service, will never deal with him again, Carol

Even though I arrived at 7:45pm and they close at 8pm, the clerk patiently assisted me. I needed to reset my password, update my payment card and purchase more storage because I had very little left. Infact my phone had stopped the backup process. Everything accomphlished. Very good customer service.

Issues with my phone were researched and when no "work around" was helpful, they assisted me by ordering the replacement. I opted to immediately jump into a new phone (due to the many issues with the previous brand) and was assisted. The entire experience was pleasant and even when we had a hiccup, the managers and staff were accommodating and a joy to work with.
