Went in to get a new phone. Saw the phone I wanted was a hundred dollars more than what T-mobile had listed online. Showed them that was the case. While they were looking up information on the computer, my daughter asked to use the bathroom. She is 4, they told me they don't have a public bathroom. I've worked at lots of places that didn't have public bathrooms, none of which refused children access. Then they informed me I would have to order online to get that deal. Lots of companies price match, but apparently T-mobile won't even price match their own company. Way to go T-mobile

I went in today & was greeted by Thomas. He was super amazing!!! Very funny and welcoming. He was super helpful & kind. Every question I asked he answered and was super professional. Highly recommended.

I really love t mobile on garners ferry road!!!!! Brea, Szay , & Thomas!!!! Are the real deal!!!!! They’re so sweet!!!! Over the years I’ve never wanted to go in to that store!!!! But now I will not be going anywhere else!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Brea is the best my store moving forward. This young lady was a breath of fresh air and so helpful, kind and sweet. Getting my son a up grade to a iPhone 14. Brea was amazing such a great personality and sweet spirit.

Not sure why this store always smell like Marijuana but the smell is horrible. The customer service at this location isn't the best either so go to another store and enjoy the great service there.

These people don’t need to be selling phones! They just tell you anything/price to make the sale!… promised us a much lower price have been there multiple times fixed it sometimes then to just find out they sold us phones under false pretenses… now our bill is 100+ more a month because they don’t know what promotions go where… go somewhere else T-Mobile is not it

I had amazing service! There was a lot going on and the teamwork I witnessed was outstanding! The manager was so helpful doing 10 things at one time with nothing but smiles! This team is amazing! And appreciate the customer service!

Montana spent almost 3 hours trying to fix my phone, and she did. She fixed my phone while juggling 3 other guests and training an employee. And she did so while making everyone there feel they were priority. As well as making any phone calls, fixing glitches with their system, going back and forth. She did an excellent job and was patient, understanding, calm, and efficient as well as ethical. There were times I received notifications from someone and she apologized for any intruding I may have felt. She was very respectful to everyone there, even let me make phone calls using their phone and was patient while I spoke to my mom in a different language than English. Montana made a stressful time for me quite relieving knowing I had some help, which was exactly what I needed.

Tamarus an Samuel at the Garners Ferry location was amazing helping me get a new phone. Tamarus Knowledge and overall expertise is a great representation for T-Mobile and Samuel was a pleasant as well they both really listen to customer needs an make it a very easy process. Thank you guys so much again I will be returning to this location again in future to purchases I highly recommend this store.

I came in to talk about adding a line, so giving them a new customer AND buying a new phone. I have had T-Mobile for 20 years, But of course they have nothing for loyalty customers. The sales guy had no idea what he was doing And I knew he wouldn’t be able to help me but gave him the benefit of the doubt. The entire time he “waited“ on me he was swinging his long lanyard of keys up in the air in circles and it felt like it was going to hit me. So unprofessional!!! The manager wasn’t even friendly, helpful or competent either. He did not provide me with any kind of information that was helpful. They mostly just scrolled through the tablet and we All stood in silence. Then he looks at me and he’s like so what would you like to do? I said you haven’t even told me my options, prices, billing or deals. I ended up just walking out. Terrible customer service!

They are attentive, professional and very knowledgeable in devices which would work better for you. Their courteous and patient in care and concerns of the customer. Absolutely the best T-Mobile around! Cay was so patient & thorough. We discussed the many different options T-Mobile had for my wife & I. Cay made sure we were following the entire time & made the whole purchasing experience a breeze! We are in love with our new phones, thank you Cay!
