When me and my sister arrived, we were being hovered. We weren't being suspicious, we were in there for all of 2 minutes, the manager I assume came out, and asked can he help us, we told him we were just looking. He then proceeds to hover over us the entire time we were in there which was about 5 minutes altogether. I understand they are afraid of thieves, but we weren't causing any harm by just looking at the phones.

If I could give that store a zero star I would. I went there to update my phone and switched a line. The light skin girl that worked there was on her phone texting, very impatient, and very rude. After waiting 45 minutes she went in the back and came back saying they didn’t have the phone I need. She had no clue what she was doing. Will never go there again.

Meechy is awesome. She was very patient in helping me select phones and plans. She compared my current devices with ones available on promotion with my current phone and plans with AT&T. Overall she helped me upgrade phones, put me in a better plan than AT&T, and helped me save money! Highly recommended.

I would leave 20 star of I could. Meechy was very awesome. Very knowledgeable, Very Kind , and she relieve all my concerns . As a customer I recommend her a position to be a manager . I,m 50 years old and I am not to tech savvy but she helped me with all her professionalism.

KILLIAN ROAD STORE: I must say I absolutely love Meechy! Her customer service is A-1! She’s absolutely amazing! She definitely went above and beyond to resolve a issue that T-Mobile phone Reps created, working 1-hour pass closing to resolve this issue, ensuring that my cell phone services were restored before I left the store. Go see Meechy at Killian store for your T-Mobile services!Shout out to Desirae too! Thank you ladies!!

I'm not one to complain, I'm a very happy and chill person most of the time, but the customer service at the store I visited was TERRIBLE.The employees had terrible attitudes as soon as I tried to tell them what I needed. They were on the phone having their own cell phones having conversations the entire time.... I had to get the owner of the account to call that specific store and fuss to get what I was told by our main T-Mobile store in Monroe, NC that I could go to any T-Mobile since I relocated to Columbia, SC and have it done free at any store they just had to call and get permission from the account holder. I'm the only person on this phone plan that had had a problem with them. No one else in my family has this problem except me. They refused to service me before I could even explain what the problem was because I wasnt an "authorized user" or whatever.... The only thing I could get out of my mouth was "I need an updated Sim ca-" and I was rudely cut off.... which what I needed was a updated SIM card.... Because our phones have not been allowing us to call 911 one day when we had an ACTUAL emergency... if we needed call to call anyone or anything, the phone would say we're not registered on an account to make calls when we are just trying to call a friend/family... we've never missed a payment. I shouldn't have to restart my phone six times a day. I work in healthcare and have three children, 1 child out of state for school. I need to have a phone that works at all times.. Service still sucks. Problem not fixed, my service went out 4 different times today for 2 hours at a time. At least their attitudes changed up real quick when I walked back into that store after they talked to my father-in-law and he told them to calm down or whatever. If I ever need to go to a T-Mobile store in person again I will be going to a different one....

I stopped by to check out some apple watches and wasn't sure which one was right for me. I was helped by Allen. He took the time show me how easy it was to use the apps and how convenient it was. I am very happy with my watch thank you again Allen.

It would be everyone best interest to go to T mobile located on two notch rd by Sandhills. This store is very unprofessional and will lie about promos or deals they can do for you. I was told my monthly bill will be $164 but now gotta pay $200-$225 because of deals/promo that were not true. I watch employee play and goof around in the store while having people on the phone on hold then complain and show they don't care about the customer in front of other potential customers in the store. It was very bad experience with misleading & false information. T-mobile need to train these people to the standards their company hold or let them go before they mislead another potential customer who wants service with T-mobile. Not a great start at all for starting a new service with them.

Amazing experience at this location, I met the new managers and I am so glad I came here after receiving consistently horrible service at the Sand Hills location. I got to meet the manager Allen and Taliyah, wonderful people! Thank you TMobile for getting me and my family set up with new phones

KILLIAN ROAD STORE.The service was AMAZING. The Assistant Manager TaliyahF, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is an amazing person and professional. The staff was just as amazing, I believe under her tutelage this customer was very satisfied with the level of service provided. If there was a rating scale for her I would give her a 10 out of 10. Her staff the rating is a 10 as well.These professionals, I would consider to be among the best qualified, customer service friendly, and knowledgeable. Others SHOULD learn from them.Taliyah F. and her staff are in my eyes, a great asset to the company.I would DEFINITELY refer others to that location.

I love the manager (Miss “Q”) and her staff. From the time I walked in their store, they were very customer service oriented and accommodating. I had been trying for four days to resolve an issue with my service plan and phone. I went to another store, spent 4 hours in the store and still walked out with the same issue. I sat on the phone with customer service for an hour and a half and still no resolve. Miss “Q” help me with the same problem and within an hour had the matter fixed. She was relentless in her efforts making several phone call up to the corporate management until she finally got my issue fixed. She was determined not to have me walk out of her store dissatisfied. Her dedication to her store, staff, and customers were evident in the manner of how she runs the store. I’m so impressed with her. She is the only reason I didn’t just close my account and find another phone service. I will definitely be going to this store for future business. It was a pleasure meeting Miss “Q” and her staff. I’m most appreciative of their care and attentiveness to my needs. Thanks Miss “Q”!!!!!
