Nacho Loco tacos shells are always broken, I go atleast once a week and it's the same issue. Broken shells, and large orders stuff in a small bag.

The food tasted like chemicals, taco shells were soggy. I used to love Taco Bell but this was my last time ever eating there. It's not just this store but the entire brand.

Don’t use mobile orders or DoorDash from here. For whatever reason they wait until 5 minutes after you’ve arrived to start working on your food. Completely goes against the whole point of mobile ordering. Employees are often seen on their phones and it’s unusually hard to get someone to help you when you’re at the register.

I purchased a bean taco and i couldnt even make it to the toilet. My son had to smell my smelly demons come out my butthole.the manager said i couldnt get a refund.dont come here unless you want to throw up or poop yourself

They were rude. Was out of anything fried, which meant nacho fries ? The crunch wrap was skimp on the beef (pause) and they didn't give me my soft supreme taco. They gave me a soggy nacho taco.

Had a little mistake on our order and when I brought attention to it, Maja, corrected it IMMEDIATELY. That was so nice. Good service. Thank you Maya and the Taco Bell crew.

None of my food was correct. I ordered a nacho fries box with a beef chalupa instead of chicken, no beans on the 5 layer burrito ass lettuce, and a quesadilla meal. Instead of receiving that I received the order as if I haven't made Any alterations to it and beans were on every part of my tacos and I threw them all away. There was a slim Caucasian girl in the drive through on her phone and not taking orders correctly because when I pulled up to the drive through her and a few other co workers were outside having a smoke I know this because I don't smoke so my nose picks it up easily. For the second time, I went inside to order, and was told to: "order on the (?) rollo-dex looking thing on the counter! I said: "you are here to tell me how YOU WANT ME TO ORDER, so why can't you take the same time to take my order?" "You gotta use the (whatever she called it) 'cause it goes through the computa." So, I figure with that level of customer service, I should probably go somewhere else. I did. At least at Arby's, the hapless teens working there were happy to take my order, and were polite about it too!
