I’ve never had a bank with worse customer service. I called to make an appointment to bring my handicapped mother in to sign some paperwork that needed to be notarized. I made two appointments, both times we arrived to be greeted with attitude and no concern that we made an appointment and we’re put off because the rep was in training. You would think they would have someone on staff at all times that could notarize papers for their customers.On a completely different occasion I came in for a cash advance on a company credit card. The teller ran the card, came back and asked me for a pin. I explained that it was not a debit card that it was a credit card and a pin was not necessary. She handed me the card and said she couldn’t run it twice. I left TD Bank, my bank, drove to BOA and had no problem getting a cash advance.I will be moving my money, my mothers trust account, all of our business will be given to a bank that actually cares about their customers. If you like customer no service, this is the bank for you!

Absolutely awful customer service, I called to say my account was overdrawn when I told them I paid to get it even the lady on the phone explained she’d fix it. Call back later and explain and it wasn’t fixed, received a nasty attitude from April and told “the way we approved it adding money didn’t help”. They basically said because the overdraft fee hit before accepting my money over the weekend I was screwed. I look forward to finding a new bank soon!

This bank is requiring mask or no service as of 2/18/22 even though the CDC has stated the pandemic is ending, they were all masked, and behind plexiglass. None of the other TD banks in town are like this. Customer service was rude and that’s the bottom line of the issue- as soon as I walked in: no “Hello”, no “How are you?”, Just in an empty bank, “Sir, do you have a mask?!?!” in a rude tone of voice. Relax a little and be kind, it’s not hard.

Customer services is simply terrible. I stayed on a phone to get an answer for 10 minutes. Never got through. They also lost my checks twice! Not sure how they are still in business.

Do not bank with them worst bank in America takes a long time for them to approve your money on your account and by that time you have over draft fees from billers collecting and what do you know td bank don't tell you that they just let it keep stacking up
