I have listened to the customer service that this sorry bank provides and they are very rude. I do not know if calls are recorded for quality but it needs to be. Robin was very rude and I will be getting in touch with the corporate office and filing a complaint.

I have been a customer with TD for close to three years and have stopped by multiple locations in the greater columbia area to take care of transactions. When I came into this branch I was not surprised to be greeted by the same warm and professional greeting from its staff and even the security guard! Upon being greeted the teller explained this was the first time working in profession and was extremely professional just from observation and interaction. Even when asking a question the teller did not hesitate to ensure all my questions were answered to to my understanding and recommend a few very helpful ways to navigate their online banking application that I did not know! Makes my life much easier!! On another note I will say when working with new individuals in the profession a transaction may be a little longer than locations who know you. Being patient goes a very far ways for both parties and after my transaction was completed the teller already knew my name and wished me a warm farewell. This made me feel much welcomed in a location I have never been to! Overall, extremely pleased with the service!!!

I stopped off to use the ATM at TD Bank and I was impressed. It was extremely easy and convenient. One of the nicest features is that they allow you to pick the denominations of the bills. So instead of just giving me all twenties it allowed me to pick 50s which was easier. Also most banks want you to do $20 increments but these guys let you do $5 increments. They care a little bit more, they do a little bit more and they are a pleasure to do business with.

If I could, I’d give zero stars. The bank has gone downhill for sure. The employees have lost their zest! They are plain out RUDE!!!

I bnb used to love this bank but closed my account because they are a bunch of crooks. Especially at the branch here in Columbia on Garners Ferry. Never met a group of people less interested in helping you. After I closed my account my mom sent a check for $10 for Christmas. These crooks told me it would cost $7 to cash my Moms $10 Christmas gift. Company policy. I'd rather throw the check away than give you crooks even $1.

First time occupying this Garner's Ferry Road area bank bank since the merger between TD Bank and First Federal a few years ago. My visit was on a Thursday mid day. Expecting the lobby to be busy with foot traffic, but to my surprise, I was the only person in the lobby seeking assistance from a personal banker or a teller. I was greeted immediately and ask by a kind associate, " how may I help you today ". I am generally familiar with TD Bank, actually Toronto Dominion Bank dealing with one the bank's subsidiaries, American Trade. This is a multi national bank with their corporate headquarters located in Toronto Canada. As I listened to the friendly local banker describe the features of the checking and savings accounts I begin to wonder why would I want an account with a Canadian owned bank that incorporate demanding fee based checking and saving accounts. For instance, the most basic savings account averaging last than $2,000 average daily balance, a hard working individual would incur a $5 monthly fee or a $4 monthly fee ( depending if you bank on line the fee is $4 monthly ) with insignificant potential interest earning. That means a typical patron's savings account would deplete by 5% to 4% based on a monthly balance of $100 not considering insignificant interest earnings of $0.0, if that. I questioned the personal banker why would the bank impose such a fee on a savings account. Her response " I do not know ". Now I understand why there isn't any foot traffic in the lobby! My rating is based on product offering to the public! The customer service aspect was excellent.
