Please don’t visit this branch looking to be treated with dignity and respect. I’ve been a customer for over a year now and in just 15 minutes, I know for certain my business isn’t wanted with them. Tried getting my account back in good standing and ended up paying what I owed and vowing to never return. From the representative Cathy to the branch manager Terry-Lynn, service was very poor and condescending. Regret ever placing my dollars into their system!

I was in this bank on Friday, July 7th. I traveled from another city and went to the bank on Farrow Road in Columbia, SC. Once I got to the bank, I realized my recent deposit had not yet cleared. This was nobody's fault but, there was something that the customer services representative could have offered a solution to help me get my funds. The CSR seemed to intentionally go out of her way NOT to provide any kind of customer service to me. As I left the bank she also made a smart rude remark to me. A former employee told me how that situation could/should have been handled to avoid the frustration this situation caused. It was for them to submit a form. This was the absolute worst experience I have even had at any financial institution!

Outstanding customer service. I dont have an account with them but used them to purchase foreign currency. The staff was very friendly and completed my transactions quickly and with a smile. I would certainly consider them if I have a need to change my current bank.

I booked an appointment online and have been waiting for 15 min...when I asked Ashley, a so called supervisor Wendy jumped in and start speaking loudly at me. I stood there in silence. All I wanted to ask was: could Ashley help me instead of Alma? Wendy started explaining that it was not her fault and online TD staff to blame..."You can ask them to change the appointment to other location" she stated....I have been waiting 15 minutes, I will have to call customer sevice which may take 30 min so they could transfer me to another branch where I am going to wait again...It was an unfortunate experience. I am not going TD for any reason...very sad.

Terrible. Very slow. They have a sign on the drive thru that says closed but people pull up and get helped before others that have been sitting there in the line that says open. Then the teller wants to debate how long you waited in line. Don’t go to this location unless you have unlimited time to waste.

I applied for a loan with a credit score of 700 and was denied because the staff here could not figure out how to verify my employment or even call me on the correct cell phone number. I know my loan application had the correct number attached because I have a print out of it... The manager here is very rude and pretty condescending. He refused to refund me some excessive overdraft fees because "banks just don't do that." I called the customer service help line and got the fees refunded with no problems literally minutes later. These two mishaps have left an extremely sour taste in my mouth but I'm giving them two stars because the tellers here are always very kind and courteous.

Very friendly service I have no idea how that sweet banker remembers me because we normally use a different location but anytime I do come here she sends me lollipops for my kids. Thank you!

Great service!!
