Closing accounts due to lost money i deposited into the ATM. Check and Cash never received provisional credit either. Bank doesnt service the Atm's (different company) so if your money is lost due to error it can take up to 60 days for an investigation to be concluded and receive your money. They also have up to 30 days to give you provisionsal credit and it isnt guaranteed last thing i want to hear a bank say is sorry theres nothing we can do

I have been using this bank and branch for fifteen years. I have five children and have always cashed their checks for them as minors. All of a sudden they are refusing to allow me to cash or deposit my children's checks without them having an account. They are minors for a reason. The legal adult age where they can make decisions for themselves is 18. Stop trying to force people to open accounts for people who are not of age to be responsible for themselves. This is ludicrous customer service that you don't know the people you serve for fifteen years. Maybe it's because you can't keep people on staff because your customer service and the way you run your bank is so poor there is a high turn over of employees. Everytime I come to this branch everyone is new. I'm not understanding if I have money in my account to cover the check then, why do they care. If it doesn't clear guess what they can charge me fees. It makes no sense. I've never been treated so poorly from a place I have given my service to for 15 years.

Atm is always out of service .. and the staff is rude .. if you don't like your job please get another one .. no one is forcing you to work

The Staff here are absolutely Phenomenal! ???The manager Pam, You can tell that she provides a great environment for her wonderful tellers Miles,Jennifer,Lily and FSA Kevin.They are super friendly and make my deposit run , one to look forward to. I must say , I'm not the only one they have impressed lol Every visit I bring my pup with me, Milo and she looks forward to seeing them as well since they pet friendly,they greet her in drive through with doggytreats. Thank you for all that you do !

Definitely not customer service oriented! Closed one account today because of the incompetent staff at this location. Looking forward to closing my other account ASAP and leaving TD altogether because of my terrible experience at this location!

For a full service bank the lobby is never open for customers. This has been on going for 1 1/2 years now.

Not customer oriented. Not unusual to wait in line for up to 30 mins to do a simple transaction. For that reason I've moved most of my money to Palmetto far better service.
