I have owned TEC grills for over twenty-five years. Very high quality products with superlative cooking performance. Their customer service and warranty support is truly exceptional. They are easily accessible by telephone with friendly and helpful service. Undoubtedly the best grill on the market.

I inherited this grill from my dad. It is at least 15 years old. I was nervous about replacing the burner and lighter due to the cost. I am glad I did. Shipment was received the 3 day.If you want to up your cooking game, food taste/look better. Looking forward for this grill lasting another 15 years plus.

Bought our Tec grill in February. There is a problem with the regulator and can't get it serviced.Just ruined an $85 brisket.$5k grill should have a consistent flame.
