Worst customer service ever. $7,000 for a grill to be talked to like a child. What a worthless company.

I inherited this grill from my dad. It is at least 15 years old. I was nervous about replacing the burner and lighter due to the cost. I am glad I did. Shipment was received the 3 day.If you want to up your cooking game, food taste/look better. Looking forward for this grill lasting another 15 years plus.

The customer service manager should newer be near phone or emails in my option. I told her that and she hung up. She could not handle unsatisfied customer in a nice professional manner. I would newer buy this grill.
