I was trying to make it to the store to pickup my kids jackets got there at 6:50 and was told they were closed. Mind you they are not supposed to be closed until 7 and I couldn’t pick up my item’s because they had already counted the registers down. Never again will I shop here. Some great customer service y’all have. It was just a pickup that’s already paid for SMH. Order CANCELED!!!

Was at this location on July 3rd. Clearly there is a reason they have a 2.4 rating. The 2 customer service girls were beyond awful. If they had moved any slower it would have been reverse. Literally only 1 customer with each girl and I had to stand in line for 40 min. They were just having a great time talking to each other and socializing while I stood there. It does not take that long to scan some clothes and put them in a bag. I will never shop this location again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Recently made an online purchase with about 20 items. When I went to pick up my order everything was there that I ordered. When I asked for a bag to carry the items around the mall while I finished shopping I was told management told them they couldn’t give out bags. Never will I shop with them again! Makes no sense why a little bag to make your costumers experience easier with in store pick up.

I have been a loyal customer of Children's Place for many years...mostly online because the management and retail representatives in-store isn't that great. The service at the Columbiana Mall location is extremely horrendous. They lack any customer service skills, training or motivation to make sales or provide a good shopping experience. The management at this location is worst than the employees. Please shop elsewhere! I'll spend my money somewhere else.

We love The Children’s Place!!! The quality of the clothes is excellent! I feel like this location could use extra help on the registers however! They are typically busy and need extra hands checking out customers.

Horrible customer service. My package was never delivered and after contacting customer support for a week their only solution was to contact the carrier or dispute the charge with my bank. Wouldn't reship or refund.

I shopped at this location on 8/13/21. didn’t think to check the bags right then so on Sunday when I went to get my kids clothes out for the week I realize that my son belt wasn’t in the bag thinking it may have fell out in the trunk I went to look and no belt. So on Monday 8/16/21 I called and explained to the manager about my belt that I paid for wasnt in the bag and told her that I didn’t live near this location. I was informed that the next time I’m at this particular location to come by with my receipt and get the belt. Well here I am today I was visiting my sister while in the area I decided to stopped by to do some shopping. Once I enter the store I explained what happen to the associate and she got with another associate I even showed the receipt. The other associate told me to get the belt. Once I got everything I needed I headed to the front and the young lady told her manager about the situation and the manager gone say “last month”. I interrupted and said yes last month. She got an attitude and walked off. As a manager myself the way she carried on is unprofessional. I have no reason to lie about a belt that I purchased especially a $10 belt. If she felt like I was lying she could’ve easily pull camera to see that the associate didn’t put my belt in the bag.

One star is one too many! I have personally shopped at this location for years, in fact I recruited an associate to work for me from this particular location due to the fact the customer service was always phenomenal!! However, over the past year this place has really lacked in taking care of a certain demographic of guest. You have lost my business forever.

3-18-21 it was 10 minutes before closing when my daughter and I walked in the store. I noticed the other stores was closing so I asked the lady are you all still open she said yes we close in 10 minutes then said don’t pick up nothing if your not going to buy it.VERY RUDE AND UNprofessional!!We walked out. We will not return to this store again.

We ordered our grandkids clothes on November 27 and we found out our order was not processed correctly and they lost the order on Dec 23. They have ruined our Christmas in a very difficult year. I will openly advocate against Childrens place and never allow anyone in my Family to shop there again. Thanks Childrens Place.

If you're sole purpose is to find cheap clothes, then this is the store for you. If you value cleanliness, professionalism, timeliness and quality of treatment STAY AWAY; even using pay online, pick up in store purchasing. I've tried several times to give this store the benefit of the doubt but it's been the same for YEARS through several employee changes. I ordered online/same day pick up. After waiting the whole business day, I called the next day to find out an employee started my order but didn't finish causing some of my items to be sold because they weren't pulled in a timely manner. Arrived at the store a few hours later and it was horrendous as always. Clothes were thrown everywhere, barely space to walk and very disorganized in general. Upper management and staff should be ashamed!

First time shopping with this store. I placed an order online and had it shipped so I could pick up in store. Huge mistake! I had to wait almost 30 mins just to get my order because there was only one person working. The store seriously lacks enough employees from the way clothes were thrown about and not folded properly. Next time I order I will have it shipped to my home.
