The atmosphere was lovely as well as the service and food were excellent. Ordered the sandwiches and chocolate croissants last time. Delicious! Highly recommended! Gonna visit again!!

Just shopped look. Too expensive for my blood. Store was very clean and well stocked. Huge selection of wines and a wonderful deli with plenty of snacks and cheeses.

Do not get me wrong: the food at this establishment and wide variety of selections has always impressed me. However, the culture against the “homeless/hungry” (and myself, who tried to help an individual by purchasing his meal) was angering. I understand that the general manager, Zac/Zach/Zack, and the employees may have to deal with these populations on a daily basis and strive to keep the atmosphere at a high quality for patrons; however, the manner in which this situation was addressed in real time was unbecoming and unprofessional of a leader.As I sought to order a meal for the individual, Zac/Zach/Zack was engaged in a constant shouting match with the individual (must have had previous interactions I am unaware of) and at a point, was engaged in a shouting match with me, as one attempting to diffuse the situation. This was no black-and-white issue but rather an issue of basic human decency. By the time I paid for the meal and returned to give the individual the receipt, he was already gone (with the food). The manager, who made it clear he was the top of the food chain, had retreated to the employee room.I summoned him and we had a conversation about the interaction. I relayed that I understood his actions but made it clear that his delivery towards myself and the individual was uncalled for. We reached a mutual understanding and shook hands and I WOULD consider returning to this establishment after some time passes (because we all have off days and he came back out to somewhat civilly discuss the incident); however, the southern hospitality was not on display at all with him today!

I had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant recently. The food was so authentic that it felt like I was transported to a whole new culinary world. Every dish was like a work of art, perfectly capturing the essence of its origin. The flavors were incredibly rich and genuine, a true testament to the chef's mastery of authentic cuisine. The ambiance of the place perfectly reflected the cultural vibe, and the service was impeccable. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a truly exceptional dining experience.

This was my favorite place until I brought a guest and discovered they no longer have their crusty French Bread. They changed it to a different one that is soft and thick in the middle and just changes the taste of the sandwiches and bread basket completely. I was so disappointed. Why change something when it was great in the beginning. Some people will think it is the because of shape the looks on the outside. No comparison to the crusty one.

Very cute place! Service was very very slow.. and my order got messed up twice.. I ordered ice coffee but they gave me hot one. I ordered salad for the side, suddenly fruits came out..

Went today; usually don’t do reviews as I like to spread positivity and love. Today’s service was awful. Server was abrupt and not friendly at all. Then when I went to check out, the guy checking me out was rude too. I was trying to calculate my tip on my phone and the guy thought I was texting. Completely unprofessional and out of line to be questioning what I’m doing on my phone. Sad because I’ve been going there for years and won’t be back. It takes a little kindness in the world to change it and the world. Sad.

The food and service staff is always great ? . The Gourmet Shop is our favorite place to have brunch! Wish it was bigger but love the atmosphere and shop. It's almost like being in France. Keep up the great job.
