This Is It Couples Boutique is an amazing and awesome store with a great selection of novelties, bachelorette items, and more. The customer service is absolutely amazing, with staff described as kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They make customers feel comfortable, provide amazing information, and help find exactly what they are looking for. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with questions, locations of items, product feedback, and recommendations. Customers report excellent experiences and note they will definitely return, having had a problem resolved with no issue.
Came in Friday night, place has a huge inventory and GREAT customer service. Only ding would be they need to add a register, the old guy behind the counter was pretty fast ringing people out so won’t ding them on the rating. But they should think about adding another.
