Your average Home deposit location with all the bells and whistles. Aisles of appliances and home fixes. The store was clean and the employees were plentiful. The sales were in abundance, came in to pick up some picture hangers and the signage led me straight to what I needed. For their to be so many helpful employees when it came time for checkout there were no cashiers open aside from Pro desk. The self checkout line was pretty long so it would have been nice to have cashiers available for those customers looking to get out with ease

Made a reservation and it was canceled the night before I was scheduled to pick up. Called and was told that someone had secured the unit. The unit will not be available until 7:30 pm the night of my original reservation day. I was told I’m unable make a new “reservation” because the unit has to be in stock.

Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot. I've had the worst experience EVER! I went online and purchased a stove and fridge on 11/10/20. Both items were just placed on sale and both showed as in stock. I get a delivery date of 10 days. Two days before the scheduled delivery I get a phone call that says "sorry your delivery is now changed to 12/5/20. At this point I'm already upset. Fine ok we wait...Again two days before the scheduled delivery I happen to look online and now the date is 12/10/20. I didn't even get a call or email. Had I not looked online I wouldn't have known. Today 12/08/20 I get a message that says "sorry your delivery date is now 03/02/2021. Are you kidding me???? You're telling me that I'm going to have to wait 4 months to get my items and even then it's still a MAYBE?. I called Home Depot and Samsung the distributor. Samsung's answer was basically FU too bad. Home Depot's answer was well once we give the order to them it's out of our hands. Really? That's the experience and support you want your customers to have? Spending several thousand dollars and you say oh well sorry it's not our fault. Here's where it gets better. They told me , well we can find another product for you that's similar. If it costs more you're just going to have to pay for the difference. UHHH....bait and switch much? You put a product on sale that you don't even have....that also showed as in stock....then tell me well you can take your chances and wait 4 months....or pay more money to get something similar sooner. NEVER BUY FROM HOME DEPOT. They'll take your money and don't give a rat's backside how you're affected in the mean time. I also love how their social media doesn't allow people to post comments on their page....hmmm I wonder why.

I always find it interesting to read others reviews before I post my experience. I was very surprised by the low reviews based on my rental. However many of the 1 and 2 stars are from years ago, so perhaps Home Depot heard your cries for help and improved. We rented a large jack hammer to deal with some very stubborn rock (from hell since even the excavator we rented [from a machine rental company] was not doing the job). From my 1st phone call to the return process, these young ladies were great and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They were crazy busy from the moment I walked into the store with pick ups, drop offs, phone calls, walk ups asking questions, helping load (yes these ladies were loading equipment, too), they really were very patient super stars, especially now during covid and all the extra that extra work it entails. I can definitely say my experience at HD tool rental department were definitely 5 stars.

Do not purchase any major appliances from this store right now your best bet is find a real appliance store and pay the extra by all means do not purchase any GE APPLIANCES BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK HOME DEPOT HAS A 24 hour turn around that they do not tell you about until you have a problem anyway GE IS GONE THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING THE GOOD PRODUCTS THEY USE TO AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY ONE TO FIX THEM. You have been warned

I went to Home Depot is search of an item that I had goggled before. Their app tool me that it was in stock and where it should have been. Upon searching the area it wasn't there. When asking for help, I came across Tasha. She stated that it could be an item that they kept at customer service , she called customer service ," they stated that they were sold out of the item." To my dismay I was disappointed. Tasha didn't seem to think that was correct. She stated to me if I didn't mind to follow her around a little to take a look in a couple of different places because she thought it could have been in a different location. I followed. She was right . Within a few minutes she discovered the item I wanted. Tasha went out of her way to find what I wanted. Outstanding . Also note it was on Saturday May 16th, 2020 and the store is really busy. I had to give her a shout out. Tasha George Really Appreciated your Extra Help !

Had a screen door installed. The door doesn't open or close properly. I was told that someone would come out and fix the door. Today, 11/6/19 I was expecting someone between 8AM and Noon. At 1204. I called and left a message wondering what was going on. At 1206 I received a call from the installer telling me he was running late but would be there in an hour. I called back at 225PM left a second message and received no call back and no show. Horrible customer service. I will start shopping at Lowes from now on

Needs a G.A.F. department. Because No one there (after repeated visits over 3 yrs) gives a Flying fluff. The only dept worth your time is rentals, and only because its the only H.D. in the city with rentals.

The tool rental associate knows very little about the products in this section. He wouldn't rent me the tool I asked for so I went to Lowe's and bought it.
