Terrible customer service. Walked in and the guy at the front desk was on his phone listening to rap music so loud. Then told me to GO AND FIND WHICH U-HAUL IS MINE and take my own pictures of the front and back. This guy needs to be fired because clearly he does not like his job.

I spoke with Zan who was very very sweet and helpful. He answered all my questions with no hesitation and deserves a raise for his great customer service. Thats hard to find these days. Looking forward to working with this Uhaul.

Poor customer service, Workers standing in front of customers, talking and cursing and laughing as if it was OK very poor customer service. They told us one price and when we returned it was something totally different. Our truck we rented was $19.95 We ended up paying $44.88. Don’t understand why. When I asked to see the breakdown, he told me no because it was on his phone And this was the manager. They told us that a dolly came with the truck but didn’t tell us it was a fee for using it and we felt like that was poor communication because we asked I would advise not to do business here.

Everything was above expectations so, no improvement needed. My customer service experience was a vibe! Thinking about getting a storage unit cause lawd I need it.

Best drop off experience! A person answered the phone on the 1st ring when we called. the worker was outside before 7am drop off to help us. We were able to talk to him and get direction so we weren't late on the return. He was helpful and courteous. Every location should be this way.

They always upcharge after returning the rental no matter what. My rental total was $49.73 for 2hour rental and when I returned the truck they billed my debit card an additional $12 for unexplained reasons. Gas was refilled to 1/4 tank and truck was clean. Still no explanation.

Was supposed to get a truck at 8am, they failed to have it ready until 9 which forced me pay my movers for an extra hour. They were unwilling to reimburse me for the mover fees and the entire store is unprofessional. Do not use this store!
