Family member took the car to have hitch installed. I talked to the person installing the hitch and told them I didn't need the ball that I already had one. When I got off work, the hitch was installed but there was no ball mount. I called and they were rude to me. Look elsewhere for better service.

After waiting over an hour for the guy to show up and then he complained about having to remove our existing small hitch we decided to leave and go elsewhere. People in the office were rude and not helpful.

Horrendous service. 2.5 hour wait after my scheduled time. Then to top it off they damaged the backup systems and sensors delaying my move and forcing the car to go to the dealership and thousands of dollars in repairs.

I had an appointment today to get a hitch put on my car. First off, they scheduled us for a completely different location than we were told and didn’t let us know until we showed up. Then it took 2 hours for them to put the hitch on which is ridiculous. Finally when they go to check us out the guy leaves for 20 minutes to “go cuss some people out”. Such great customer service...We definitely will never come to this location again.

Reserved a truck a week and a half in advance with a credit card. I show up to pick the truck up and the guy at the front desk tells me someone called and cancelled my reservation?? I ask who called and he says he has no idea but they have already reserved the truck to someone else. All I have to say is nice.....really! What's the point of going online and putting a credit card on file if they just cancel your reservation if they so choose. Ended up renting a truck from Enterprise and it was a fantastic experience :^)

Rented a trailer for one day. When I arrived they had the trailer I reserved ready to go. Service was pretty quick and efficient. Return was painless as well. One of the better Uhaul dealers I have dealt with.

Awful experience! First communication was a bait and switch that resulted in my cost being $200 more expensive. Second communication resulted in my scheduled installation being delayed an hour. When I showed the manager, Christopher my confirmed appointment time, he thought it was best to argue and cast all blame on the national call center. Apparently, there is a labor dispute between the stores and the unionized call center. Regardless, Lisa and Stephanie Davidson in the call center intentionally lied. Christopher is stuck between the call center and the upset customers. Customer service is out the window regardless of whether you're dealing with the call center or local store.
