This location no longer exists. All the doors are pulled off and stuff scattered everywhere. The front building caught fire about a month ago. The state is taking the property for the new I26-I20 ramps.

They didn’t send me a notice before they sold my stuff but afterwards I received a letter sometimes 2 or 3 a day as well as several emails a day, every day for months saying, if I didn’t pay the current fee my items would be sold. It was so traumatic because it was a daily reminder that my daughters pictures were gone. I’m sure they were thrown away.I kept calling them asking them to stop. It was horrible.

Unbelievably bad customer service! Regional office was NOT helpful AT ALL. I have items in a climate control unit that I cannot access because they no longer have a person on site! DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS IN CLIMATE CONTROL AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS, because this could happen to you too! I called 7/14/21 and was told by their customer-no-service that a human would be on site. Showed up on 7/15/21 and NO ONE was there. Spent 2 HOURS trying to get in touch someone to help. NO HELP RECEIVED and I am STILL unable to retrieve my items!

No one is available when you need on-site assistance. When you call customer service for a local site. They inform you that they will send an email. No one ever gets in contact with you.

The sign said they were open but nobody was there. I called and was told that two people were there and that they would call me but after an hour nobody called so I left. I do not recommend this location.

I double confirmed a storage space the week of booking and when I arrived they had given away my 10x30 space and all of my belongings once unloaded of course wouldn't fit in the space they gave me which I was told at purchase was a 10x 25, and later discovered was only a 10x 20. Once we unloaded they were closed and I had to pay my four men and a truck another 2 hours to take back and unload at their facility, rent a uhaul an extra day and drive it up the mountain 2.5 hrs away and find a place for the belongings that wouldn't fit in storage, the furniture I had to just gave away to family and I have 2 boxes in a moldy basement that will probably end up ruined. When I talked to management, they agreed in writing to give me two months free rent to cover just the losses for the extra cost for two men and a truck (I had 2 of these) and the extra uhaul day. I was good with that until I receive a bill and have been going back and forth for weeks with their staff trying to see why they went back on the two months free. At first they said no until I forwarded that in writing it had been agreed to on August 14, 2020 it is now Oct. 1 and I still do not have this resolved. If I could I would rate zero stars for customer service and work ethics.

This place has gone down hill in the past 5 years. Ever since Linda, Meg and Justin left everything has been a mess at this location. You just cant find good employees that care anymore.

The whole chain of Uhaul in Columbia is garbage. Rude staff, rude and unprofessional management...all the way up to the President. It's a shame for a national company to be this bad. I travel all over the US and have never had so many problems with a company as a whole. Stay away!
