You would think that a bookstore fit the university would be willing to accommodate its’ students who pay tens of thousands of dollars to attend school. This is not the case. They do not have the ability to ship orders, they cannot even place holds on something in order for an out of town student to drive 2+ hours for a simple grad school gown. After paying all this money for a degree only to be treated like this. Poor customer service stuck in an archaic system that can’t accommodate 2024 needs. I don’t blame the workers for following the policies, but whoever instituted these rules is out of touch with reality in 2024. No online orders, no cards over the phone, yet you literally are an online MBA program where students don’t live in town to get caps and gowns and if any issues happen you are left on your own with no help after spending countless dollars and time.

I liked it more when it actually had books. Now it’s basically a clothing gift shop which is fine.

So much more than a bookstore! With school supplies, dorm decor, cups, key rings, wallets, blankets, stadium cushions, clothes and more. I was really impressed!

Was a very nice place to go and sit and relax for a few hours while waiting for my next class. The prices are somewhat high but that can be expected for a University Bookstore.

Everything’s horribly overpriced, especially the textbooks. Avoid buying anything from here at all costs, it’s morally right to pirate textbooks. It’s disingenuous to even call this a bookstore when 95% of its space is taken up by vain merchandise. Most of the managers are nice but the manager Charlemagne compensates for their cordiality by being extremely rude and demeaning, treating employees like trash.

Will watch you walk up and lock the door in your face when they don't close for another 5 minutes. Absolutely lazy.
