Online searches, the Ft Jackson Main Exchange location website, and the UPS website all list the hours incorrectly as of 2Feb24.This photo was taken on Friday 2Feb in the exchange at 1430, after much research had stated they'd be open until 1800. Obviously not the case.Phone calls are never answered so don't bother trying that method before heading over.

Standing at the closed door, looking at the “will return at 1:30” sign. It is now 1:40 and nobody is in sight to open.This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve experienced this at this store.Pitiful is my best rating.Now, it is 1:50 and nobody is here.

Store's hours posted on the door were not accurate. The sign says the store was supposed to be open today. That was not the case.

This place is great! I was getting irritated by running around off post when all needed to do is come here. Very attentive and fast!I was surprised specially with all the negative reviews but decided to gamble my luck.I try to see things in their perspective as the store was filled with boxes waiting to go out. So I came in patient but in fact it was in and out.

The manager, Dee, while helpful, ended up shipping a high valued jewelry piece WITHOUT insurance even though she agreed to send it with insurance. If this item was lost in the mail, would they have paid for it?
