I should receive one newspaper 6 days a week and did not receive one Monday, yesterday and today. I also should have received a second paper today but did not. NOT untypical. Very poor management at 29206. Incapable of making timely deliveries.

I’m trying to figure out why they keep saying they’ve delivered a package in my mailbox when the package is clothes and won’t fit in my mailbox so
Now where is my damn package that’s I’ve paid money for????

I order from a small business that uses this post office. Their mail is never picked up and deliveries to me take forever. The packages sometimes go to other states before they get to me or they sit showing in transit. I suspect they are sitting in your post office waiting for someone to scan them in to begin their journey. This is unacceptable. If I performed as poorly as you do at my job, I wouldn’t have a job. Do better!

If I could give zero I would. A great small business is often met delayed shipment to their loyal customers because this post office location refuses to do their job. The audacity of their staff to mark a pick up request complete when they never actually picked up. 7 times same thing so far. A disgrace. Post office staff. You should know and do better.

Used to be very helpful and easy to get in and out of. Now most of the workers are beyond rude from the first word. Understandably overworked and underpaid but aren't we all. Kindness could go along way

Absolutely everyone should be replaced except for a handful of delivery drivers. This post office has delivered my family’s mail and packages to the wrong people for years. Every attendant at the front has been nothing except unhelpful, condescending and as rude as they could possibly be. I’ve tried to speak to a manager for a YEAR and no one returns my calls or anything. I’d love to talk to the manager to find out why one of our packages got delivered to a PO Box when we don’t have a PO Box there and another package “was handed off to an individual”. Those were my six year old sons gifts who had just come out of surgery, you guys literally helped steal from a child and your attendant had the nerve to give me attitude for trying to track it down and act like I was wasting her time. Then the back room ignored the six times I rang the doorbell and should be quieter when telling each other “to just ignore it” loud enough for me to hear through the door they continued to walk by instead of giving me my package that is sitting there that I no longer trust them to deliver. USPS has practically monopolized the postal system, so why are you not doing better? I want an answer. I’m done getting ignored when USPS has cost me thousands in lost packages and mail and never done a thing to help me.

I'm not sure these people are trained properly. The change of address process was a nightmare- the USPS sends you instructions electronically then workers contradict these instructions.

Took them 2.5 weeks to re-key my mailbox after moving here after telling me it would only take 2-3 days. They’re either severely understaffed or failed to communicate after the mailbox was actually re-keyed.

After the nightmare of the new address change process, the staff at this location were extremely helpful & patient in assisting me with making sure mail was held & then forwarded to the new address once the change was finally processed (1 MONTH AFTER SUBMISSION!)
Thank you, John, my mail carrier, for being so helpful & kind in my transition! I greatly appreciate everything you did & have done the entire time I was at my 3611 Ranch Road Apt!
