I'm not sure these people are trained properly. The change of address process was a nightmare- the USPS sends you instructions electronically then workers contradict these instructions.

Took them 2.5 weeks to re-key my mailbox after moving here after telling me it would only take 2-3 days. They’re either severely understaffed or failed to communicate after the mailbox was actually re-keyed.

Very RUDE! I had waited in line for over an hour and when I finally got up to the counter, you would think that the world was going to end. The lady at the desk was trying to rush me, cut me off from what I was explaining, then she proceeded to claim that I had a learning disability because I was trying to count the money that I owed. "Your holding up the line here, do you have a learning disability or something". That employee has been reported. I will definitely make sure that I will not "inconvenience" anybody there anymore!

After the nightmare of the new address change process, the staff at this location were extremely helpful & patient in assisting me with making sure mail was held & then forwarded to the new address once the change was finally processed (1 MONTH AFTER SUBMISSION!)Thank you, John, my mail carrier, for being so helpful & kind in my transition! I greatly appreciate everything you did & have done the entire time I was at my 3611 Ranch Road Apt!

Lobby area unkept. Service extremely slow. A worker at counter not serving nor speaking to customers. She “ appeared” to be doing something behind the counter, but w/ a lobby full of people, seems that could wait or at least explain the long delays.

After seeing all of the negative reviews, I wanted to leave my extremely positive one. There wasn't a line, the few people that did come in were quickly in and out, and Desiree was super friendly and helpful!

Still waiting on mail..it’s 4pm..no one is answering the phone????????? What kind of madness is going on??????? Can’t cash a check today..how inconvenient?????? Took off work for this??????????

My mail has been misdelivered twice! I ask for packages to be delivered to the front door, its ignored and then misdelivered. I can't intercept anything! I hate using USPS

I seriously doubt that any of the employees here graduated high school. Incompetence doesn't even scratch the surface, the people here are incapable of doing their jobs and acting like a decent human being to any customers or their coworkers. Seriously don't do any business through this office if you want your packages going to the right place.

Man, moved here less than a month countless issues with this location. From packages that’s being tracked that suppose to be delivered today won’t be delivered untill 2-3 days later. It’s almost as if the lazy mail carrier delivers packages at her discretion. They would lie and say there’s no access to the property when it’s an open community, they would lie and say customer requests pick up at store without speaking to anybody. By far the worst post office in Columbia. I’m really starting to believe there’s a thief back there. Oh and don’t try to call you talk about a waste of time.

This office has the worst federal employees in the nation. There is no effective magement so it will never get better. If you don't believe me, try calling them. They will never answer the phone because they may have to do something.

There needs to be at least 2000 hrs of training on poster 7 and the Amendments. Post master Alexa Baker and her employee in a audit a saw was just horrible their attitudes and demeanor was a -5 on a scale 1 to 10. There was no professionalism and they didn't know their own rules and regulations of the post office.

Christian is hands down one of the best mail carriers I have ever worked with. He is very polite, courteous and always has a smile on his face. Kudos to you Christian for going above & beyond for us here at 42 Magnolia & 5000 Forest Apartments.

Every single time I have to come to this place, it's a train wreck. Slower than slow wait times, usually only one attendant up front doing what they can to help people. People lined up all the way out both doors into the veranda. Broken Self Service machine. Other people in the back, not sure what they do, but it definitely doesn't include backing up the front of the house. With as many people who come through Trenholm Plaza, who use this post office, management needs to do a better job prioritizing the needs of the community they serve AND the employees who have to carry the work load at the register. On a positive note, everyone who I've interacted with has been kind and friendly.
