We pay for a PO Box that we can not access freely. The hours say 8:30 to 5pm to access the PO Boxes but it's 8:45am and no one is here, the doors are still locked. They don't care about our time and the professionalism is null and void at this location. Im sure if this was another community, we would see a difference.

Google says they are open at 9:00, a printed out sign on the door says they are open at 8:30, lettering stuck on the door says they open at 10:00. 10:00 is the winner apparently, horrible communication.

I requested a key replacement and was told I would be notified within 7-14 business days when the key was ready for pick-up. Unfortunately, it’s been well over 14 days…
