I had a fantastic experience here this week. First with Aaron who reviewed my account and saved me over $600. I was able to get my new phone with data transferred with the new phone working flawlessly. He mentioned my wife’s old phone could also be traded on promotion and to come back. When I did later in the week, Aaron was out but Darnel helped me and again I experienced exceptional customer service. I received thorough step by step details including estimated cost and future billing. He set up my wife’s phone and we are not experiencing any issues. I had zero wait time both trips and I think in a time where many wonder in general where customer services has gone, I can tell you I found it at Cellular Sale. This is a positive business for Forest Acres.

Very frustrating to drive 30 minutes here at 11am when their hours online say they are open just for them to be closed.

My mom is a senior and wanted home internet and been getting bad customer service calls before and after getting the service until she visit Verizon office and speak to Quincy in cellular sales. He was amazing he listen to my Mom concerns and was able to help her return the equipment, he promise to give us an update and after a week he called us back to let us know that he received the returned kit and has sent off her equipment. I was so happy to know that there is a someone working at Verizon who actually do what they promise to do. Thank you Quincy for helping my Mom wish there were more like you who go above and beyond to help customers! If it weren't for you Quincy I would never leave a 5 star rating because it has been like pulling a tooth when dealing with Verizon third party customer service agents. Thank you Quincy and keep up the excellent work ?

Writing this review because I went in at 5:33 on a Sunday, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep my Samsung or switch to an iPhone (it's day 30) and the guy was very patient, helpful, and fair.This store definitely deserves a good rating from me.

I only buy my phones from this location. Most professional, helpful, and friendliest staff of any verizon store in Columbia and there is never a wait to be helped like other stores.

Verizon is quick to take your money but when you need to talk to someone guess what, you’ll be talking to a computer with someone who doesn’t know what you mean and has you sign out of the Verizon app just so they can get rid of you instead of fixing the problem. So if you have something mess up, do it during business hours

I lost my phone and look for it for more than an hour. I drove to the store and within a few seconds Shawn Frazier used the app to find the device, in the church gym where I had been previously. I told him I just looked through there but that I would go back. And it was there, had fallen out of my pocket at the crunch machine but was not easily seen. As I came down the stairs, there was Shawn coming through the door. He had driven over to check on me to make sure that I found it. But I would also like to salute Teleisha Grave who showed a lot of patience in selling me that phone a couple of months before, even though it took me three trips to the store. And she showed how I could get one with twice the memory and $350 off. My experience is that Cellular Sales staff go above and beyond compared to some other outlets.

It is always amazing to me to have a great customer experience nowadays. Telisa took care of me, and well everyone in there at the time due to someone not showing up. The amazing thing about that is everyone in the store didn't learn that from her, it was from who came in for the next shift asking where the other person was. I would not wish the extra load on her, but she handled it like it was nothing and everyone left with their problem fixed. If Verizon or Cellular Sales offers any employee recognition, I have zero hesitations recommending her for it.

Cameron and Jeremy were a dream to work with! I was experiencing some frustrating phone issues--not only did they troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly and efficiently, but they carefully explained the process so that I was able to understand fully. They went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was fixed before I walked out of the store. Highly recommend this location as well as these associates as they made my entire experience a breeze.

be careful when you come here to purchase a phone unless you are aware that they are in authorized retailer and you will be charged a $200 otherwise retailer fee because you didn't go to the actual Verizon store.
