Stopped in for some lunchtime grub. The Staff were excellent and nice. The food was prepared quickly and most importantly, my order was prepared perfectly!!! I resident near Kershaw County but still in Richland County and this will be my go to Waffle House from now on. Can’t get any better than this for Waffle House fans!!!!

The waitress Carrie was awesome the cook Ralph was horrible attitude also he was eating while cooking food my egg for my omlette was fluffy as a pancake burnt and greasy also sloppy. Carrie smiled through Ralph horrible service and gave the best customer service which made the situation easy to deal with.

Great work, very knowledgeable, not overly priced, respectful, and gets it done in a timely fashion overall I will definitely have him back to do more work I definitely recommend his services

Attempted AGAIN to eat at this restaurant only to be turned away by 3 employees who weren’t doing anything after we sat at the tables “only taking to go orders”. One employee was in her car in the parking lot??. Thankfully Blythewood Waffle House and their 3 employees could handle our party of 7 and 3 other tables with ease.

Ghetto! I asked to have someone clean the table so we could be seated, but we were told that she couldn't because she was the only person there, so we had to clean the table ourselves.

Keeta!!! Where are you!!! I’ve come to this location a couple of times but this is was a complete disappointment!!! The food was luke warm, the bacon came under cooked at first them came back burnt!! Go figure!! The toast was barely toasted!! The tea was the best part of the meal!!! Not my favorite location!!

I literally sat down and watched the waitress past by me and not even acknowledge my presence for 20+ minutes. I wound up leaving and going somewhere else.

I WISH THAT I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR!! My boyfriend and I went here around 5 am last Sunday morning and I can guarantee you that I will never return. First the waitress gave me a doughy, half done waffle and shrugged her shoulder when I told her it wasn't done. NOW FOR THE REAL ISSUE!! THERE WAS A RAT RUNNING ACROSS THE FLOOR. YES RATATOUILLE IS LIVING THERE!! And the waitress made it known that they are aware of it and basically don't care. The waitress said you'll acting like you've never seen a rat before!! But since it's that serious I'll give you 10 percent off on your tab!! SMH!!! JUST RIDICULOUS !!!!! The waitress honestly didn't care about any of the customers concerned and said well I hope that doesn't interfere with mu tip!!!

The waitress with pink hair is extremely rude and unprofessional with horrible customer service. Her ridiculous unnecessary attitude is sad. Training won't help. Replace her. The food was terrible.
