I'm 69 years old and I get that many younger people have little respect for anything I want to say oh my gosh. Home training. The clerk on Forest Drive refused to take my money because I put it on the counter and not in her hand. she said it's customa when the hand is out that I pick up the money and place it in her hands. I had never heard that except during the 1929 market crash when people were literally holding their hands out asking for spare change. unless she is about 99 years old she should learn manners. If she was 99 she looked good behind that counter. I want to give you guys a '0' rating. It was bad, very bad

The people who work in this pharmacy are polite and professional and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. But that’s the only good thing I have to say. Walgreens is a terrible\\nPharmacy. Their online public computer system/app doesn’t sync with the one in store one so you sometimes have to provide info twice because they can’t see what you filled out online. The records aren’t accurate. Prescriptions will disappear from the app even with refills left. Prescriptions I know I’ve bought will disappear from my purchase history. It will auto fill prescriptions I turned auto fill off for and not fill ones I turned it on for. Worse, the communication on insurance issues is abysmal. I NEVER had so many insurance issues back when my carrier allowed using CVS. This Walgreens told me a generic prescription I’ve had for ten years was not covered at all by my insurance and would be $245 about a week ago. I checked my insurance plan shortly thereafter and the drug is covered and the carrier gave the price for the exact Walgreens location as $20. Walgreens does not work to assist with these kinds of issues. I have had glitch after glitch with this pharmacy and it seems to come down to a very bad computer system and no effort to sort out insurance errors that come up. I am slowly transitioning to Amazon pharmacy online because they are always cheaper (often even without insurance) and Amazon picks up the phone whenever I have a question or issue. With Amazon the $245 that Walgreens wanted to charge for the prescription without insurance was $19.40. Shame that you can’t count on the corner pharmacy to be of any use anymore and have to resort to Amazon for decent customer service.

The pharmacy customer service is good and throughout the store. As soon as you come into the store someone will greet you. I really like the point system because the points becomes cash. It doesn't take long to build up cash.

pharmacist denied my husband insulin for his Type 1 Diabetes after they shorted him 2 weeks before. Store manager wouldn’t let him see camera footage. Why would someone need extra insulin?? Horrible customer service.

I GET THAT IT IS NEW YEARS EVE. However I dropped my RX off 2 hours ago. Nothing said about change in hours. Return to pick up and pharmacy is closed. I asked cashier what time pharmacy closed and she said “I thought they closed at 6, i guess they closed up early” - it’s currently 5:45. She then told me to have a happy new year.

A posted sign or just a courtesy heads up would have been nice when i dropped off. He asked did you want to wait or come back. I told him I'd come back tonight and he just chuckled. Cool. Closed tomorrow. COOL. See ya Wednesday - we'll have fun

I visit this store or the pharmacy drive through at least twice a week. Great store with great people working in it. The only negative thing about it is the outside of the pharmacy drive through. It is filthy --- dusty ledges, spiderwebs, and dirty vertical surfaces. I want to take a bucket of hot soapy water and scrub it down. I have mentioned this to the pharmacy staff and even went on Walgreen's web site to complain, but nothing's ever changed. Can't imagine they'd let the front entrance look like this!

Okay, I give up. Yet again it's a ghost town at Walgreens. Absolutely no on in sight in the front area when you want to pay. Normally I just trudge back to the pharmacy and ask them to ring me up. Which they do grudgingly and always seem annoyed. But this time the pharmacy wasn't open, so I gave up. I absolutely refuse to round people up and ask them to their job. Some places at least put a bell in front, but I guess Walgreens' marketing experts feel that would cause people to think that the store is understaffed. lol
