I go to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription drugs. While I'm standing there in the attempt of paying, the head pharmacist starts lecturing me: "sir, do you know the risks?". I tell her that I know and that she doesn't need to treat me as a kid. For all I care they can mind their own business. She tells me that by law she is mandated to tell me. And she is doing this while there are other customers standing there. I think it's embarrassing to tell me something as private as the type of painkiller that I take (and have a valid prescription for) and the alleged risks in front of a bunch of strangers as if I'm some sort of moron. What do you think? Do I have a recourse? You pay top dollar for their medication and still your being patronized. The disclaimers and warning I already get on paper (printed) and even sent to my home address. Why the whole charade of being concerned and telling the potential dangers of oxycodone. Then don't sell it if you think it's so dangerous. They are really putting you on the spot

Can't refill my ADHD meds because they have a new inventory system?Kinda a joke, I don't see how that is my problem. CVS down the street has all meds I need, should have switched a long time ago.

Dropped off my prescription on a Friday. was told it would not be able to be picked up until the next day (Saturday). Clearly wasn't aware they are now closed on Saturdays along with the woman at the window. received the text that all my scripts were ready during a busy shift at work. This is unacceptable and ALL information should be communicated properly, especially in times like these.

I needed a Flu shot this season. The pharmacy assistant and the pharmacist were very nice and effective. She gave an excellent injection and a nice red bandage.
