I'm 69 years old and I get that many younger people have little respect for anything I want to say oh my gosh. Home training. The clerk on Forest Drive refused to take my money because I put it on the counter and not in her hand. she said it's customa when the hand is out that I pick up the money and place it in her hands. I had never heard that except during the 1929 market crash when people were literally holding their hands out asking for spare change. unless she is about 99 years old she should learn manners. If she was 99 she looked good behind that counter. I want to give you guys a '0' rating. It was bad, very bad

Pharmacy decided to close on Saturday and will be closed on Sunday too, we just called them and said the pharmacy won’t be open until Tuesday! How are we supposed to get our medicine?

Last month I came through the drive thru on Friday to get my anxiety medication and there was sign on the window that they were closed for the weekend. Yesterday (Sunday) my husband went to pick my my prescription and again, Closed during normal business hours. Currently it’s Monday evening and I’ve been in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and have yet to get to the window to get my ANXIETY medication that I need! I will be switching pharmacies immediately.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Possibly worst experience I’ve had in a Walgreens ever and that includes pandemic eta. The pharmacy had a line of 6 people each one increasingly more frustrated than the last. They have 4-5 ppl working pharmacy yet only one person handling both register and drive thru with an older clientele very slow to process.They despite multiple ppl saying it aloud never got another person to help out to help expedite the line. By the time it got to me, I had been waiting for a prescription Since last Monday which was supposed to be filled within the hour that day.I never got the text message confirming the prescription was ready so waited and now Monday the following week I went back in assuming it would be ready. It was not. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT!!That said they cited an insurance issue while my insurance coverage has not changed and every other place I used it has had no issue. Regardless they never reached out to me with to discuss or resolve said issue. So after waiting 20 in line I had to wait another 20 min for them to actually fill it.Unacceptable customer service, no ownership or apology. Needless to say I will be finding another place to fill prescriptions moving forward.

This pharmacy has turned into trash. It's currently closed at 3 pm on a Monday, and they are already closed on Sunday's. PAY YOUR PHARMACISTS so they stop leaving.

This review is in response to an order placed on 03/10/2023 thru DOOR DASH (WALGREENS), Columbia, SC. Ordered 12 boxes of Jolly Rancher Green Apple drink mix, was given substitute items of Welch's Strawberry drink mix. I wasn't contacted, asked if I wanted the substitute. I tried to contact DOOR DASH, unable to write a review unless I put their app on my phone. I didn't order thru the phone app. Companies like DOOR DASH have no respect, regard for their customers. All they want to do is take money off of the customers debit, credit cards and give them no customer satisfaction . BEWARE of DOOR DASH, WALGREENS!

Slow, unhelpful and rude. Signed up for flu shot appointment and waited 20 minutes just to speak to someone. Been here several times. Very unimpressed. Will find a new pharmacy.

Walgreens Pharmacy Department, Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd. Pharmacy technicians should be continuously TRAINED on customer service procedure. They should NEVER stand in the middle of the work area and openly discuss the customer's medications OR interactions with the Pharmacist. The department leadship should review the Professional and Privacy policies of the company and the customers. Healthcare is important at every level.

The Manager Shawn (I hope that's correct spelling) is very helpful and friendly. We recently had a hit and run accident occur in the parking lot and he was very friendly and courteous to help my Mother through this difficult situation! It's good to know that there are still really great individuals that will go the extra mile to help someone out!
