Everytime I go or call there's always something, myself or my Dr.didnt do.no prescription is without an additional phone call.these girls treat older people with no respect at all.i got a shot there today and witnessed, rudeness,inability to help with what their job is.ive called corporate and the promised the moon.30yr customer from 1 location,gets worse,They may be Closing soon???

I had a customer service issue at this store and their store manager Mr. Diggs contacted me and helped me with the issue. He was very professional and courteous. I will be shopping here again.

This location is horrible. The attitudes are the worst. They never give the correct info and the staff will talk to you like trash. Not a good experience and I’m going back to CVS.

I spent three hours on the phone with the pharmacy waiting I went from you're the third person in line. To the first person in line. then was disconnected twice. Then received a chat pop-up. And then lost it not me the chat. I called the manager who immediately referred me back to the automatic system and again waited for 30 minutes until I have finally given up. I know this is not the fault of the pharmacist, I suspect this is the fault of the corporation. However, I'm getting ready to pull thousands of dollars of prescriptions from Walgreens to some small independent pharmacy when I can find them don't waste your time especially if your prescriptions are a daily need as mine are. I started this whole process at 4:30 this afternoon. It is now 709 and I haven't gotten through again I know the pharmacists are working hard but the system especially the automatic system just doesn't cut it.

I’m a physician and I cannot believe what a constant problem Walgreens is for prescribers. I never ever call them and leave a message without inevitably getting a callback about something the pharmacist inevitably could have gotten from the message, usually asking for I necessary clarification on information that was clear to begin with. Don’t pretend to have a prescriber message line when you end up forcing interaction with the pharmacist after a message is left every time anyway. Once they called me back and told me that I must be confused about my own last name because I was “coming up in their system” as my maiden name, when I’ve been married and practicing under my married name for 7 years. Argued back and forth with me about my actual name when I prescribe there monthly at least. Tonight I got an inevitable callback saying my patient doesn’t have a profile in their system when I have been prescribing for him there for years. Literally constant. I dread when patients let me know they get scripts at Walgreens and constantly ask them to switch to anywhere else. Do better.

Used the pick up service for the first time and it was quick and easy. The items could have been brought to my car or picked up at the photo counter. I decided to go in after marking on the App that I was on my way, then marked that I was there.

i went to get a birthday card and other stuff. and asked to use there bathroom and was told i couldn't. i had just been on the road for 2 hr with no stop. The lady said to use the QT up the road. i was about to wet my pants. thank goodness i only live a few blocks away.

I just want to say I am appalled by the woman that one of my friends encountered working in the photography section. He attempted to return an item that he purchased with receipt and the woman accused him of stealing. How can you treat people in such disrespectful ways and want them to continue to frequent your establishment when you treat your customers as criminals. I will find out the name of the employee and request that further action is taken against her.

This is the worst pharmacy in Columbia SC. They are rude except a few. They never have refills ready always saying out of stock. They won't even call another Walgreens to see if they would have it stock. My family and I will be definitely spending our money elsewhere. I am taking all our prescriptiops out of here today. I will be contacting Pharmacy Manager of the corporate office.

Tonight while at the pharmacy to get some first aid materials, I witnessed an unreasonable and disagreeable customer being rude to Daniel, the pharmacist, and the other young lady behind the counter. The older, angry lady who was complaining was unreasonable, obnoxious and rude. A true “Karen”. But Daniel and the other staff were polite and calm with her. Nothing they could say appeased her, but by the time she left and I was able to get to the front of the line, the staff were all showing me excellent customer service like nothing happened. I was very impressed.

This store definitely gives you a down home community feel. I am always greeted nicely by the cashier and the Pharmacy is great! There is usually not a huge crowd most of the time. So you can be in and out fairly quickly!
