This location pharmacy suck like "you know what". I've experience about few times already. My last straw when a prescription got called in on yesterday from a doctor, I went there little after 9am to go shopping and pick up prescription. When I spoke with tech, she stated to me that it'll take 3 to 5 hours to fill my child medicine. I told her I'll check after 5pm to see if its ready. Called back, them a holes didn't even started on it. The girl put me on hold to speak with someone who fills medicine, I hung up cause I know nobody will answer. I check back this morning, lady still stated it hasn't been filled. Had to cancel my child appointment because he needed that medication before his appointment. Jokers have 1 job to fill orders as they come in. Had to go to another local Walgreen's, tech told me 15min to fill. Not going back to this particular location for pharmaceutical needs. They are trash.

I called my sons meds in,they told me that had to order in ans whould call when it came in...Pharmacy never filled my son's medication that he needs to take everyday!!! And let the prescription expire. So now we have no meds for him and can't get to his doctor till January 25th. All because the Pharmacy didn't do their job and all they can say is sorry. Sorry doesn't help my mom.

The pharmacy tech Ann is one of the rudest women I’ve dealt with in customer service. They told me my prescription would be ready by 3 and when I went there at 4:15 it still wasn’t ready because they didn’t have all my information. I had called earlier in the day and asked why they didn’t tell me that then and her response was “idk I wasn’t here earlier”. I asked her to help me transfer the prescription to another location and she told me to just call them myself. Then I heard her mocking me to other customers as I walked away. Really professional. Not surprised the staff acts like this since this entire store is ghetto. They clearly have low expectations for employees.

Took 4 hours to get my medicine.I wouldnt be so mad if i didnt just get my teeth pulled i was in some pain.

If I could give it 0 stars I would have.Went to Walgreens to ask about my chime card at 1:20 pm thrusday Oct 5 . there’s a black older lady up the she was very nasty. Very rude for no reason if you don’t like your job, get another one she needs to be trained over with Customer Service because her customer service is terrible. Very unnecessary. I was nothing but nice. Just trying to get information about loading a chime card.

I have pain prescription sent May my doctor 2:20 pm at 7:15 prescriptions not yet ready! When in person to location and ask please to fill medication due to intensive back pain and difficulty to move and drive the lady at the desk was so rude and disrespectful I ask her please and she responded about her migraines pain suffer, it was not about her but the person asking to have some emphatic y respect for human beings!Her sarcasm and unethical behavior need to be addressed, and her ironic remark “I Love you” this was so offensive and disrespectful to a customer! Soon I get my Medication I will never return to this place!I have never had any issues at any Florida or any others location issues but this one! Advise stay away from this location as long this lady is in the other side of the counterShe does not need migraines medication she need anger management therapist

Pharmacy hours aren't the same as website shows. Closed on Sunday. And close a 4 during the week.

Without a doubt. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. This is my nearest Walgreens and it is still 30 minutes from my home. In the last 30 days four times the prescriptions were not available . Three other times the pharmacy has only been open a few random hours during the day, with a note stuck to the window.The clerk I just spoke to when I asked when much needed prescription could be filled, she would not give me a time (they received it 6 hours and 24 minutes prior to my phone call) when I pressed for an answer the clerk snapped at me that they would get to it when they got to it. She said they have over 200 prescriptions to fill and were closed tomorrow so I don't what you want me to say.I knew what I WANTED TO SAY, but held my tongue. Never again. Sad since Walgreens used to be a great pharmacy.

Someone needs to tell Walgreens management that their time on the web pages and the time on the door and the time on the window are different. This is not a good management practice. Everyone is not aware of all the different times of the Walgreens stores. Either get the time in sink or close the pharmacy down for good. Incase you didn't know COVID pandemic is over.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude including the store operations manager Ann who actually snapped at me today. The customer service has been getting worse and worse but today was the final straw and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just waited for someone to pick up the phone. Not once twice or three times for over an hour each time. There's got to be a better pharmacy around here.

Emily in pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Don't bother to notify me when my prescription was ready. Then had the nerve to say wr closed now there's nothing she could do. Sincerely angry Veteran.

Go to CVS or anywhere else. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, when you do they hangup on you before every saying hello. Out of all the staff in store maybe 2 people are actually polite. One of the worst pharmacies I've had to deal with. Even Walmart pharmacy is better.

You absolute crapbags! Answer the phone! They leave you on the neverending cycle of hanging up on their phone queue rather than deal with customers. What an absolutely atrocious company. I have a z pack at the wrong location I can move to the right one because THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. May all of your terminally ill family members deal with people just like you.

Slowest pharmacy ever! No one working, drive thru takes over 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible
