Rude little man. I asked an employee about about an over the counter allergy med that apparently you have to get at the pharmacy. It was a Sunday the pharmacy was closed. I had a question but made a mistake by asking an idiot who apparently was off the clock.

Awful photography experience! Ordered picture book online and came to pick it up 3 days after due date just to be told they had cancelled my order! When I asked if they had tried to reach out to me, their reply was “we tried to call multiple times but you didn’t answer.” When I asked if they left a message (because I actually work during the day!) they said, “no, but you never answered.” Their reason for cancelling was that their printer was down, but when I was there to pick up my order, she said the printer was actually working?!! (She didn’t offer to reprint my order) Does anyone in this world care about customer service anymore?!!

I had an online order to pick up at the photo counter and the cashier saw me there and never came to help me. Instead, I had to go behind the counter myself to get it, and I’m pretty sure customers aren’t allowed back there. But I was waiting for sometime and didn’t have time to keep waiting. Then she had the nerve to say have a good day when I was leaving knowing I was waiting for her to help me. You need to get better cashiers who have more customer service experience because that wasn’t it. It’s called rudeness or laziness or both. Horrible customer service!

This used to be a pretty good location but they have had a lot of turnover and they’re now very disorganized. Even worse, they cut down the pharmacy hours to 10-6 only on weekdays which is extremely inconvenient for people who work a 9-5 schedule. Also do not go here for vaccines - you will wait 15-20 minutes even if you had an appointment.

Made several attempts to pick up prescription refill...Pharmacy hours kept decreasing, now they are completely closed on Saturdays. So, I went today, pulled up to drive-thru, there are two cars already there. The first car (already at the window) was sitting there for at least 15 min! Finally, they received their meds and drove off. Then, the car in front of me pulled up to window and sat another 5 minutes before it just drove off with no service. So now, I'm at the window, there's a young lady on the phone who then asks me if she can help me. I give her my name and told her about my previous attempts to pick up my refill. She tells me to pull around and get back in the line or come back in about 15 min. Wait a minute, didn't you just let a lady wait at the window for over 15 min; but now you're telling me come back later or drive around the store to get back in the line????!!!! I am finally done with Walgreens Pharmacy and have transferred over to an entirely different pharmacy. 1-star is still too good!

I can't get any help with transferring my prescriptions or getting the online app to work. They don't answer the phone so I have to keep driving there to ask a simple question. Customer service says to call the pharmacy that they can't help.

Austin , the pharmacist , is always so helpful . If there is a recall on medication I take, he always lets me know and often will call the doctor for me . He also orders a specific manufacturer for me because I had problems with the one they normally stock in the store . I really appreciate that he does that because I know they are always so busy but he takes the time to order it and I greatly appreciate it .He is always willing to go above and beyond to help his customers . I also moved to Lexington but I still drive to get my prescriptions at this location because I know I will be taken good care of. They also fill my prescriptions in a timely manner ,but unfortunately it’s me that is often late picking up my prescriptions when we are out of town taking care of family . Everyone in the store , except for a gentleman I spoke to yesterday, is always very helpful and treat you with kindness and respect . Great store and wonderful people . Keep up the good work !

Absurd!!!! Walgreens pharmacy hours are the most idiotic idea ever. If your hours are operating as such, you guys don’t need a pharmacy. I couldn’t get my meds yesterday because you guys close at 6pm. I couldn’t pick up my meds next morning because your stupid pharmacy doesn’t open until 10. What kinda of mess is this??? If I had could give a zero I would and I will never use Walgreens ever again. Ever!!!! You guys are the worst.

Every time I have a prescription called in there they are out or close for varies reason early. This is the 3rd time. Closed at 4 pm.

Friendly staff. The pharmacist, Austin, ALWAYS goes above & beyond. He makes sure to order & fill specific brands I have to use on two different meds every month & takes care of my refills quickly. I can always tell when he's not working. Since the pharmacy is now closed on Sunday because of company wide staffing shortages he let me know what I need to tell my doctor to put on certain scripts that have specific fill dates. I moved to the next town but still drive to this location because of it's customer service.
