I just read some of the reviews for this Walgreens on Longtown and Clemson I decided no more of the pharmacy techs and awful customer service. I feel like they take out their miserable lives on you, it’s not my fault you don’t love your job I love my job. Just transfer all my prescriptions to CVS.

It's a hit or miss on having medications in stock and on hold forever just to see if they have medications in stock. Today I was on hold for 55 minutes and my medication was not in stock.

Service at the pharmacy has steadily gone down in Pharmacy area. The nice young ladies who worked with the previous Pharmacist Crystal, has left.. Crystal was a great Pharmacist, and prompt. Her staff was too, and stayed after she left. But at this time, this new crew, is not it. I recommend you going to another Pharmacy. This place is slow, and appears to be unorganized. I’m sure Walgreens can do better than this.

Prescription not filled at the estimated time. Called multiple times. Staff hung up or left me on hold for over 30 mins twice. No update provided. No explanation of delay.

Abysmal. Best describes this phamacy at Wal Greens next to the word. Not only did the give medicine prescribed to me to a family member ,hopefully, by mistake. When called on it, it seemed as if it was business as usual. Unbeliveable. Unprofessional and unreliable.They also have the worst customer service at the drive-in window. Paid personel with low attention to detail, apathy, and a flare for slight exaggeration. The call-in line tries and behaves better. No joke. ?1 star is an overstatement . ZERO and horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

3 hour wait for prescriptions: 1hr to find the prescription, half an hour to bobble the insurance, and 1.5hrs to fill it. Does not accept blue cross. Cashier at the pharmacy walked off when I complained after waiting 2 hours in the store.

Got here to pick up my medication to see a sign at the pharmacy window that reads closed at 130pm for the remainder of the day on a Friday. I feel horrible and need my medication this is unacceptable.I was told they did not have a pharmacist on staff my a regular store employee not working in the pharmacy.

It’s 8pm and i’ve been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. always dread coming here. there’s never not a line even at off peak hours. last time i came here they told me 2 hours for my meds, i came after 2.5 hours and my meds were not ready. i had to drive all the way back home and come back for a 3rd time in one day. it’s horrible here, i would love to not use walgreens but they’re the only ones i’ve found who take tricareedit: my script wasn’t ready and she gave me attitude when i asked about it. now i have to wait another half hour. never using this pharmacy again i don’t even care

The pharmacy is terrible medicine is never in stock or ready. They will confirm your prescription online and when you arrive they act lost. The short lady thats in the front on the register always have an attitude. I will go to forum drive before I ever step foot in this location again.

The pharmacy told me that my child medicine will be ready in 1 hour. I came back in 1 hour and 10 minutes.... only to be told it'll be another 45 min. This is unacceptable when you have a sick child in pain.

Horrible pharmacy. Had me rush to get to them before they closed and did not have my prescriptions. Had to scramble on a Friday to find another to get my medicine. I think they purposefully chose not to be helpful. Recieved my scripts twice ealier in the day. Claimed they didn't recieve them. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone they are not dependable and appear dishonest.

Don't go to this location based off their online hours. I've been to this pharmacy three times and every time there was a paper sign taped to the window, saying the pharmacy was closed for whatever reason, so it's just a waste of time. If you can not consistently offer your pharmacy services, stop accepting prescriptions. People need their medication, and with you being so unreliable, it's hard for your customers to get the things they need. If you can't keep the pharmacy open at the designated hours, then just shut down the store completely and let us stop wasting our time. Absolutely terrible experience. I don't know what it is with the Walgreens pharmacies in this area, but every single one I have went to has been a complete pain and a waste of time. Just go to CVS.

They've changed something in their phone system about a month or so at this particular location. Walgreens pharmacy is loosing a lot of money at this location though. This is no way to treat anyone; on wait for a half-hour, just then put me on your lunch hold, would save everyones time. There's definitely no way there's been only one caller ahead of me for nearly an hour now, when y'all talked to, "more than three" in 10 min.

This Pharmacy has gone downhill. The drive-through is extremely slow and going inside is pretty slow as well. This location is always under staffed and it it takes an average of 2-3 days for a new script to be processed and filled .
