They are literally the absolute LAZIEST pharmacy I have ever been too they want to do anything but work. Or take two extra steps to help someone. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Walgreens.

In Walgreens, I was able to find all the medication I needed for my sick one so I could get back to them quickly! Thanks 🙏🏽

What I appreciate about Walgreens is its highly customized and customer-centric approach, creating a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. The convenience store and pharmacy staff consistently demonstrate exceptional courtesy. They are remarkably down-to-earth and ensure products are always in stock. Additionally, there are always impressive sales on various items.

The only walgreens in a ridiculous mile radius closed on the Saturdays. Pathetic, especially when having to drive an hour one way to figure this out.

Jamie is as churlish, rude, and uncaring a pharmacist as they come. I called and spoke to her about why 2 prescriptions were denied (without any follow up from her staff), which turned out to be an absurd reason anyway. When we spoke, we agreed that the same fix for 1 prescription would be applied to both. When I got there, the problem previously discussed wasn’t fixed. Worse, she denied ever talking to me. I let her know that she’s someone not easily forgotten. That was as benign a response that I decided to give her, because although she’s epitomized an arrogant, uncaring attitude twice before, I needed both prescriptions filled. On the way out, I confirmed with multiple employees that she was the only pharmacist who worked that day, and therefore the only one whom I would have conferred with. So, on top of that, she lied, too. Think Jaba the Hut, only with less compassion.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE!! I’VE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION SINCE IT WAS BUILT AND I’D SAY FOR THE PAST COUPLE YEARS, THE CS HAS GONE COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. I NORMALLY HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PRESCRIPTIONS SENT TO THIS WALGREENS MONTHLY SINCE THE DAY IT OPENED BUT NO MORE AS OF 2/12/2025. FIRST OF ALL THEY CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH THE GROWTH OF THE AREA AND ARE ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED. STAFF ISN’T WELL TRAINED AND DO NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS NOR DO THEY EXPLAIN PRESCRIPTIONS LIKE THEY SHOULD. IT’S BEEN COUNTLESS TIMES WHEN IV’E INQUIRED ABOUT A CERTAIN REFILL THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING AT THIS LOCATION FOR PAST 9YRS AND MOST OF THE TIME ITS UNAVAILABLE AS WELL AS OTHER MONTHLY PRESCRIPTIONS. AT ONE TIME WHEN THE PHARMACIST ON DUTY WOULD CHECK WITH ME TO SEE IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I’LL ALWAYS FILL MONTHLY, THEY WOULD MAKE SURE IT WAS AVAILABLE. MY CURRENT MONTHLY REFILLS CAN RANGE WELL OVER $2000. WELL THAT WAS YEARS AGO. THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN DETERIORATED. THEY WERE EVEN CLOSED THE DAY AFTER THE SUPERBOWL LIKE IT WAS A HOLIDAY BECAUSE PHILADELPHIA WON. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS NONEXISTENT. I TRANSFERRED ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO CVS ON THE SAME ROAD. YES, CVS IS A LOT BUSIER BUT ATLEAST THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED WHEN I NEED IT & MUCH BETTER SERVICE. CHECK THE LATEST REVIEWS ON “NEXTDOOR” ABOUT THIS WALGREENS LOCATION AND YOU’LL SEE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE AND MORE.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jasmine. Jasmine was the only person on the floor at the time with a line about 5 cars while she was also working the register. It was a bit of a wait. Although she was overwhelming busy, she was so kind. She still serviced me with a smile. I'm so glad that I didn't get irritated like others.
Jasmine deserves to be compensated for that day alone. Lol

I came here on Saturday to pick up some pictures and a banner. The young lady Jyiauana assisted me, but she seemed very irritated and was on her cell phone while assisting me, which was very unprofessional. Usually, the staff here is friendly, but her attitude was not up to that standard. Customer service is a top priority when assisting customers, and while I understand people have bad days, the customer should never be able to tell.

One of the primary reasons we as consumers go to Walgreens is for meds. My daughter is suffering from strep and needed meds. I went 2 hours after the urgent care sent my prescription and they told.me.come back the next day.....24 HOURS LATER!?!? And then once I came back their system was mysteriously down with no way to retrieve medication. You had one job Walgreens 1 job. This is unacceptable not to have a backup analog way of getting our meds. We get so reliant on computers that we can't function without them.

The pharmacy closes without notice, prescriptions not ready when promised, prescriptions partially refilled without informing me. The level of customer service is awful. I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This Walgreens is terrible, I called and spoke to a representative in the Pharmacy on 8/13/2024 that assured me that she would be able to transfer my son's prescription from Ft. Jackson to the Walgreens and she never did. I gave her all the information she needed only to let me down, if she couldn't do it, that's all she had to say. Thanks for nothing smh

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PRODUCT WALGREENS AND OTHER STORES ARE SELLING: NEUTROGENA OIL-FREE ACNE FACE WASH WITH 2% SALICYLIC ACID. BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY..!
I BOUGHT THIS ON APRIL 4th at 12:08 pm
Applied in Morning of APRIL 6th during shower. Same day in evening I started to have irritation of skin with some burning. Applied Vitamin E oil in evening.
April 7th again I used for 2nd time during shower and started to itch my neck in shower only. Came out and looked in mirror to see my neck turned red and lot of burning in my eyelid, under eye, chick and neck area. My Right eye looked swollen too! Entire day I applied lotion, vitamin E oil. From that oil on skin, constant irritation, constant burning entire day (would go away for a while and come back) I was feeling week, dizzy fron swelling of eye and just not normal energy level.
April 8th I stopped using Neutrogena face wash and yet same thing, red neck, lot of burning around eyelids, under eye, neck and chick area. I could feel roughness on my eyelids and under eye and neck area too. Entire day I had Ghee on my face and neck which soothe a little but irritation and burns kept coming back.
The peeling of skin had caused so much burns on skin for 3 days that I couldn't do any chores without having to focus my attention back to the burning. At night burning started even more and at 12:30 am applied vitamin E oil and after an hour it totally subsided and then I was able to sleep!
Today April 9th, I have not used Neutrogena and still feel burns and irritation but is less than previous 3 days. This product should not be on the market at all..! I then Googled reviews on this product only to find so many women had COMPLAINED ABOUT NEUTROGENA FACE WASH AND THEY GETTING SEVERE BURNS SO MUCH SO THEY GOT RED SPOTS ON THEIR FACE AND WERE EVEN ON NEWS ARTICLES!
