Even if you make an appointment, they might just not show up that day. Or say they don't have time. then tell you they don't know when they'll have time (to put on the tires you already paid them for). They work whatever random hours they decide to, and when they *are* there, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Clearly don't want to work, collecting a free paycheck from their bosses who apparently don't care at all either.I've been to plenty of Walmart auto centers in other cities and had fine experiences. This location specifically is a nightmare.Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

This Walmart Auto Center was a saving grace! They were super friendly, fast, and so helpful. I was able to come in on a Sunday after getting a flat tire and they replaced it within 30 minutes. The young lady at the checkout desk was super friendlyServices: Tires

This last visit getting my oil changed was awful.They left a hose unhooked under my hood and I went back to let them know and they acted like it was nothing no apology or anything would never go there again

Sunday July 3, 2022 I was traveling back home to Florida in my daughter's truck that I had picked up in NC. The tires were dry rotted and Walmart was open. I called ahead as I drove down I-77 because they were the only one that had tires to fit on the App. They had 4 tires, but said they only do new tires by appointments and could do it Monday. I had 500 more miles to drive and could not risk it, plus I had to work on Monday at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Avon Park, FL. I told them my situation and that I work for Walmart ACC. This policy is asinine. We don't do that, nor does the Walmart on Kilien Rd in Columbia, SC. I don't know another one that only does tires by appointments. They refused to help a fellow employee out in need. They lost a sale. I paid $18 more for a different brand with lifetime balance and rotation along with road hazard at the other Walmart that had the same number of technicians working. I considered going to buy the less expensive tires and taking them there, but I wasn't giving them my business unless yhe other shop didn't have tires to fit my vehicle and would do the installation. BTW, this was in the morning, not near closing. We work to make our customers happy where I work, not make them never come there. If I could give zero stars I would, but I wanted to leave this review. Looking at the review ratings other people have the same opinions about this Auto Care Center. Their store manager should stop this policy. It is not a Walmart policy.

Excellent experience. The manager and customer service representatives ensured quality service was offered to their customers. I am a satisfied customer. Bought and installed my tyres and serviced my car. I was pleased and will definitely continue using this Walmart Auto Care Center again and again.

My son came in approximately 45 minutes ago to get a tire pluged. We are still here waiting. The ratings were right about the services. It's extremely slow. Mechanic need help as well as the lady at the front desk. They can not do this kind of job alone. Wish I could give them more stars.

Stood in line at 11:37 AM. Lady says we aren’t taking anymore orders between noon to 1. I said it wasn’t noon yet and she replies, well we need to wrap things up for break and then start back up. Absolutely neglecting stated service timelines for laziness.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR FIRE PEOPLE AND GET NEW MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE CLERK ETIQUETTE, SERVICE AND DIRTY WORK AREA EVEN AT THE DESK. Capitalized for a reason.
