Excellent service at the pharmacy. Techs display a lot of patience due to many of the customers being so ignorant and clueless.Update 2/14/2024: Worst pharmacy experience ever due to Zam Frederick. Zero customer service skills. No greeting or thank you. Just walked away saying nothing at end of the transaction.

I avoid going in here if possible. Not as well kept as most wal marts in the midlands. Stock often expired or out. Otherwise it's a good Walmart

Mary in the garden center was so compassionate and eager to assist me find exactly the Christmas tree I needed. She was understanding, and really helped me achieve my goal quickly. She had good suggestions, and I really appreciate her help!

The shift leader was rude when I asked him to open another register. He got very aggressive. Unbecoming of a shifter leader. I can understand why you guys need help because who would want to work with a lazy person who is rude and doesn't want to do anything but stand around chattering...the lady who was his boss is just as bad. She needs to be replaced. One register is open with a store full of people. I don't work for Wal-Mart and will not use your self-checkout. Now, if you were to give me a discount for using it I might think about it. You make money, so why make us work for you? Hire more people for more money.

Do not pay for the Walmart Plus! First of all, Harbison is the worst Walmart ever! But I made the mistake of paying for the Walmart+ membership in advance, believing that it would be worthwhile, and it has actually turned out to be a horrible experience. Every time I place an order for grocery delivery, they get it wrong. Either they forget a bunch of stuff, or something is expired, or it's the wrong item. It's always something! And then they don't answer the phone when I call to report the problem. The few times I've managed to speak to the Delivery department, I've spoken with a lady named Debra who is very rude and nasty. I really hate placing orders through them, but they will not give refunds for Walmart Plus. You can cancel, but they'll keep the rest of your money. That's why they treat all of us like dung. There are five of us in my complex in the same boat! We live right next to a Kroger's, and we may start shopping there very soon instead. But it's just a ripoff because we're not getting our money back for the time we have left.

Very entertaining establishment. This place is to South Carolina what Paris is to the fashion industry. The clothes people wear here (or lack there of) are often surprising and nearly always worth the trip. If you are as lucky as I am you may even get to see someone stand atop the self checkout registers and pontificate regarding how Walmart is poisoning us with its meats. I suspect she is mistaken, but she was so convincing I could not help but to chuckle. I couldn't recommend it more.

Somewhat a good walmart to shop at, better than the ones you find near the heart of Columbia or Sandhills area. To many people per checkout lanes, actually open, they only had one side of the self checkout lanes open to use and no regular lanes. Went for a few items only left with one of them, as what was said to be in stock online wasn't actually marching in store, so they'd need to make sure to not throw customers through loops, when looking for specific items. All I wanted to get was a toy army soldier set.

I couldn't hardly find anything I wanted and everytime I looked for an associate there was none to be found. It was around 9 at night when I was in there. I kept having to ask the poor same associate for help over multiple departments cuz he was the only one that could , (or better yet , would) help me. The other associates I asked for help didn't know anything. How you gonna work somewhere and no have the ability to serve your customers needs? I experienced this with at least 4 associates before I found one that actually would do his job. Then when I went to check out I had to load money on a card. So a manager directed me to the service desk that hax already closed but made my transaction look me. But the whole time she wZ extremely short and smart and rude stating several times that " this ain't even my" this don't even mu placevt8ce8riu ⁶⁷⁵⁵6 the

Marked prices are almost always wrong, when you bring it up to an employee at either checkout or self check out, they scan the item in question with their issued scanner and ask "did you use the Walmart app?". They also act they're going to fight you for the inconvenience all while refusing to adjust the price to what they have it listed as on the shelves. Not my job to replace your price tags. Terrible place, nothing pleasant about the experience at all.

Tire Center is depressing. Services are limited. Used to be a good place to take your car. It's like the old Soviet Union now.

The staff is pretty awful. All personal shoppers get in the middle of the aisle and refuse to move. You can say "excuse me" or "beg your pardon" and they just ignore you. The store itself is rarely stocked with the same items as the week before. Just super unfriendly and poorly stocked.

Went here for the first time in years. Love the new look. Saw some old familiar faces like Mrs. Toni who's celebrating her 30th year with Wal-Mart this year. It's amazing how someone who just works in a store you shop at can have such a positive effect on your life. She is such a wonderful person.
