Dropped the ear rings off to be repaired and I told him I needed them by Thursday and he gave me the date of Thursday by 12 and I go in at 12:15 and they were ready. He didn’t even start them! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.

There are few places in the area that still fix watches in the digital age of cell phones and Apple Watches, etc. They took me as a walk in, attended to my need’s immediately, were fast, efficient and prices were extremely reasonable

They did a great job on fixing three of my watches, and the price was very good. I had a good conversation with one of the gentlemen, so I can tell you they are very nice. He told me they have been in business for 20 years now.

Very poor customer service and communication, I dropped my bracelet off 3 weeks ago for repairs they told me it would be ready in 3 days that was the first lie, I kept calling every other day and they kept giving me excuses. Then when I dropped it off they told me it would be 25 to fix but when I picked it up someone different was there and he insisted that I pay 50, then the bracelet is still bent in the middle, this will definitely be my first and last time dealing with these people!

This place does good work. I've had two watches service there and was please. I gave it four stars and would've given it five, but the last time it took too long to get my watch back. To be fair, they had to wait for the part to come in. They just should've informed me or answer phone when I called. I still would recommend them and I will return for business in the future.

I was in the store briefly but I had a nice experience. I was searching for a band for my Galaxy watch but they didn't have what I was looking for. However, the young man did adjust the band I had so it could fit a little loose. He and the lady that waited on me were very pleasant. I will be back to get bands for other watches I have.

This spot is located inside a shopping mall, on the second level. I had to come to get my bf's watch adjusted - needed to add an additional link. There's only a few people working but we were in and out within 15 minutes. It was $20 to get the watch adjusted -- I find it to be a bit overpriced but it got the job done and I was happy.

This is My Spot to have any Watch Repairs or Batteries Replaced. They are Quick and Very Reasonable with their prices. I Definitely Recommend them! They also have a Very Nice Selection of Jewelry, Watches and Designer Glasses.

I went to this place for an unusual repair on my Cochlear hearing aid implant, because a small broken piece was inside it that i needed to get out. They inspected the piece and got it out with no problem!!! They were incredible to work with and helped me when I had no hearing. Great guys!

I took several watches to replace batteries, I collect them, especially old Italian watches, I do have the tools to replace them but was hoping for a professional work, well, I just lost a beautiful (to me) Italian piece, can't find the same ever again, I used to swimm with the piece tested for 100 M, gave it to my daughter and she SHOWERED with it (not touching anything) after the replacement and Watch got water EVERYWHERE! I have to wonder about the other FOUR I took to them for battery replacement!!!

Very nice employees. Changed out 2 watch batteries in 20 minutes. Although the mail is dying (sadly) , they were busy.
