This branch has very poor customer service. Branch manager doesn’t provide assistance to the customers or nothing. Myself alone with other customers been standing in line over 20 minutes with one teller and she’s in training.

Wells Fargo 5⭐ bank. 1⭐ drive through customer service this morning. I was told "Walmart has them" when I asked for a debit card sleeve for my new Wells Fargo cards. Rude. Guess i will use this old one.

I have had the best customer service support from Wells Fargo. I had an issue with my account and the use of Zelle. Caren from Tech Support was a pleasure to deal with. My branch office at the Dutch Square location in Columbia SC has some of your best assets. Henry Green was phenomenal and willing to work with the issue until he solved it. Lolita, the branch manager is worth her weight in gold. I had to go to the branch three times before my issue was resolved but each time was an impressive experience. They all deserve to be recognized for their amazing support. Actually, every person I encountered was kind and pleasant. Good job with providing an amazing team/staff.

Had a wonderful experience with Mina. I give 5+++ stars , she was great. Very helpful. By far the best customer service I’ve dealt with , doing business with Wells Fargo. She made sure everything was taken care of before I left !! Would definitely continue doing business at this specific location. No complaints at all. Thank you again.

I wont ever deal with this bank ever again. I had money in my account a while back and someone took money from my account and i never received anything. And they said i had to take a lost. This bank is not a bank you wanna go to and i dont think its just this wells fargo. Its all of them. A big rip off is what they are.

Every time I go I always have to wait between 15-30 mins the lines are always long and everytime I go it's short staff ... Just Great !
