The people they have working here are nice and mostly helpful however they can have 3 or 4 tellers working and have the “commercial” drive thru line closed and will not accept more than 1 deposit through the other drive thru lines. Then when you go in they’ve got either only one person working the inside and 2 on drive thru or people just sitting around doing nothing while 1 person does all the work. It’s ridiculous when you go into a on Monday bank to drop off the weekend deposits and there’s 2 people ahead of you and no one in the drive thru lines yet your there for 45 minutes.

I want to take time out to let y’all know you should hire a new bank manager. She speaks without knowledge, she is rude.. This the second time SHE referred me to forest drive for something I KNEW FOR A FACT was in their capabilities. From her refusing to cash my check back in August… telling me there will be a 3-5 day hold because of a $1,500 check. Giving me a hard time about my account in front of the other bankers, snickering like my problem was irrelevant. I went to forest drive and they deposited the check and cleared it. She rude. She nasty. She rolls her eyes at customers and doesn’t even apologize for speaking without knowledge. Blatantly telling me we don’t notarize real estate papers.. when I’ve had these same papers notarized before… and instead of her apologizing for speaking without knowledge she said.. well I’m going to check… she didn’t need to check… SHE WAS NOT THE NOTARY!!!! Her name is Fasha she is rude and she either needs customer service training or y’all need a new branch manager. I know times are hard but she should not be working in public service with her attitude and her lack of knowledge for the bank in which she works.

Wells Fargo is constantly refusing to make transactions I've made whether it is a storage unit I've recently rented, something I've purchased online from Canada, or a plane flight. They used to have an online banking option to tell them you may be buying something internationally or traveling but they recently eliminated that. Now they frequently deny a large number of transactions I make. Even after responding to the confirmation message to verify I did in fact make the transaction they either still continue to deny releasing the money or worse yet the transaction says it goes through and it posts to my account but 2 weeks later the vendor calls me saying they still haven't received payment and the transaction has magically disappeared from my transaction history. I'm done with them! Time for a new bank.

Was a long line inside with only one teller. Small location for the amount of traffic since the bank a few blocks away closed. People should move to a bank that has people to serve us. We all don't want to live our lives online. Makes you open to all kinds of cyber crime. Been through cyber crime issues with Verizon, Veterans Hospital, tmobile, Duke energy, Dish network, and Sams club. Just too much.

No sense of urgency at this branch, second time in last 30 days the drive thru is closed. Hope they can pull footage, there were 10 ppl in line in a small lobby. The manager, L Myers, strolls in at 9:03am. He passes all of us in line on the way to his office and doesn’t say a word. When he tried to pass us again, I made to sure to elevate my voice with a simple GOOD MORNING! He addressed me but did not address the other 9 ppl in line. A simple, I apologize for your inconvenience to us would have been suffice. Customer service starts at the top, it’s obvious why this location continues to fall below the customer’s expectations.Wednesday 9/21 - same story check the cameras - 9 ppl in line the drive thru is closed - 2 workers behind the counter - sad to see elderly ppl not being able to use the drive thru!!!

Very pleased with my experience. Lost my wallet and went to get a temporary card. Unfortunately they don't do temp cards anymore. So they ordered me a new card and showed me how to set up my wallet/Apple pay on my phone. I also had my 2 year old in tow so I was worried it wasn't going to be a great time. They were patient with us both and even helped entertain her when I had to turn my attention to signing something. S/O to Deborah for helping this tech challenged MILLENNIAL set up his Apple Pay. Above and beyond chick fil a style service.

Rude, rude, rude!!! Wells Fargo as a corporation is just AWFUL.... but this branch in particular takes the cake. Each time you call you get the third degree about whether you have an account with them and what you need in a very rude way. And when you go into the branch for anything other day regular banking the first thing they say is "do you have an appointment" or "you should have made an appointment". I get it. People have busy jobs and things to do each day but the customer service here needs to step up their game.

Due to the current times, only the Drive Thru was open & this location was still fully staffed. On a few occasions one of the employees with their proper covering came outside to assist customers. At one point, he walked over to a customer who was a walk up to lend assistance. We also let a customer traveling on foot to go ahead of us, who afterwards thanked us via a handwritten note on the back of his receipt. My Son had three different needs going on & commented that the pen was still wet from someone wiping it down with sanitizer. Even via the Drive Thru that was packed in all three lanes, the Bank Associate kept the flow going...maybe taking us 10 minutes overall.
