On a Friday at 12:00 they had zero ability to do anything other than counter transactions. No bankers to modify an account at all until late in the day.

This branch is just awful. They kept my money from me. The bankers do not care about their customers. This is the last chance. I do not know why this branch is open. Awful avoid at all costs. They don’t like to work! The branch on Harbison is much more customer friendly and they do their job!

Donald handled a complex situation with efficiency and knowledge, today. The result was flawless and very positive experience. We have been customers for many years, including the predecessor bank acquired by Wells Fargo. Over these many years Donald and Linden have handled multiple complex international transactions for us. My experience has been consistent and positive over time. Thank you Donald.

The management team is very accomplished and has taken care of some vital issues to my total satisfaction. For example, there were two instances in which I had to dispute charges for services paid for using my card. Each dispute was thoroughly investigated to my satisfaction. Also, there was an issue where a subscription radio service would not accept my payment. The bank agent directly investigated and discovered that it was due to a hold placed on my account when my account was compromised in 2019. The agent called Sirius and the hold was removed immediately. Great, personal service!

The lack of customer care or concern for customer issues is alarming and the reviews of this bank back that up. Just read the reviews thoroughly and the feedback from the bank sounds like an automated response. Makes me think they don’t even care enough about their customers for a manager to personalize their remarks. No thanks. Not the bank I want handling my money!

I haven't had any problems with anyone else at this bank except the manager or whatever she is. She had absolutely no concern that they lost a $4000 deposit and I had to get my supervisor up there to actually talk to the branch manager who actually decided to check the night drop and found the deposit after she swore they had already checked and there was no we one was stuck in there because “nobody else would be able to drop theirs and nobody has complainedâ€. She acted completely nonchalant about it and it even made me consider switching banks also because if that's how they feel about people's money why should I trust them with mine?

Worst Branch Ever. Only 2 tellers, one for the front desk and one for drive thru. This branch is very busy and they only have 2 tellers that work even in the busy times. The teller in drive thru doesnt want to help with people in lobby even when there is no one in drive thru. There are 2 or 3 women sitting at desks who dont help at all. And the two men who walk around in their jeans and act like they want to do something but nothing of any worth to their customers. The people in this branch are not at all friendly to their customers. The teller named Hope is very rude and disrespectful. I have been in the bank and have actually heard her saying rude things about customers after they walk out. Nice to your face but disrespectful to you behind your back. My advice, there are two other Wells Fargo branches less than two miles away on Harbison that are much better run and actually have friendly people working there. Go to them if you absolutely have to deal with Wells Fargo. And if you want a really good banking experience, switch banks to South State Bank and have really good banking experience.
