The manager is absolutely worthless and unprofessional - She also takes her breaks, eats while clients are out in the lobby waiting for hours to be seen. We will never go back to Wells Fargo because of her . She doesn't look after her employees and give them breaks or lunches - but she will make sure she is fed - even will come out with a mouth full of food, talking with her mouth full while letting you know she will have you in and out of here in no time. 2 hours 54 minutes later she still has not gotten us the money that was tied up that long because she has no clue as to what she is doing - The bank drive thru was down for 1 1/2 days and so were some of their printers - they never once bothered to check the breaker box and it took maintenance coming in and 2 minutes later he had the bank printer and drive thru working after we waited for almost 3 hours and was late to our event we were hosting - Not once did she apologize, greet other customers waiting behind us nor did she or Robert, care - We called corporate and of course they did nothing because they don't care either -

Don’t bother even coming to this branch. If you make an appointment, you still have to wait well past your appointment time to be seen. From what I’ve read if you don’t make an appointment, they will refuse to see you. Save your time and visit a different Wells Fargo branch, this one is not run well.

Amazingly bad service. I just called to confirm a certified check that was drawn on this branch. Got an answer the first time and they switched me over to a non-working number. Called back and no one answers the phone. Shocked that service is so bad. They'll be bummed when I tell my customer I won't take his check since his bank won't even pick up the phone to verify.

Tellers move quickly but don't ask if you have to speak with an office worker. They pay you no attention and you will sit forever. I just walked out disgusted SMH!

Goal: change my individual accounts to joint accounts.1st attempt: Showed up at 4:40 and was told they could not help us without an appointment. I said we would be willing to wait, but they didn’t want to work a minute past 5pm apparently and told us to make an appointment.2nd attempt: finally got an appointment and showed up early as they requested. Waited 12 minutes so far and still have not been helped.This branch sucks. They are doing bare minimum & don’t care about customers’ time.

This here is a bank. Showed up between business hours and din't have a problem. Treated them the way I wanted to be treated and had no issues, surprise surprise.

Worst ATM I have ever used. I work late nights & don't get off until the banks are closed, so I deposit my cash earnings via ATM. The first time I used the ATM here I deposited maybe 10/12 bills (100s, 20s, & 5s) & the ATM only accepted the 100s then said "Unable to accept" on every other bill. I tried depositing said bills again, just to have it say the same thing. I thought this was a fluke so I went back about 2 weeks later & this time it accepted 1 bill & wouldn't accept any of the rest (20s or 5s). I sat there for nearly 10 minutes trying over & over again to deposit them. 2 days later I took the unaccepted money & more cash (15-20 bills) to a different location & deposited them all at once with no issues. This ATM is clearly not maintained despite the fact that the bank has been informed of the problem. Go literally anywhere else.

Ericia Hart, the branch manager at this location is extremely nice & helpful! I came in today to set up a new account to coincide with mortgage loan. I was able to meet with Ericia as soon as I walked in the door and she helped us every step of the way and made the entire process very easy. We look forward to doing business with her in the future. :)

I'll never use this location again. I left mad, but in the end I know I will go somewhere else and avoid this location. As other's mentioned the manager was rude, so I left and made deposit at another branch location with no issues, or rudeness. It's a good thing online banking has become so simple.

Went through the drive thru had money in cash to pay for my mortgage I had just got from my bank. The teller at Wells Fargo told me I was a $100 short. I saw the teller at my bank count it out so I know I wasn't short. I spoke to the manager and she said that Ashley didn't take my money. But they have no video to prove that it was stolen or missing.
