Very pleased with my experience. Lost my wallet and went to get a temporary card. Unfortunately they don't do temp cards anymore. So they ordered me a new card and showed me how to set up my wallet/Apple pay on my phone. I also had my 2 year old in tow so I was worried it wasn't going to be a great time. They were patient with us both and even helped entertain her when I had to turn my attention to signing something. S/O to Deborah for helping this tech challenged MILLENNIAL set up his Apple Pay. Above and beyond chick fil a style service.

Rude, rude, rude!!! Wells Fargo as a corporation is just AWFUL.... but this branch in particular takes the cake. Each time you call you get the third degree about whether you have an account with them and what you need in a very rude way. And when you go into the branch for anything other day regular banking the first thing they say is "do you have an appointment" or "you should have made an appointment". I get it. People have busy jobs and things to do each day but the customer service here needs to step up their game.

Due to the current times, only the Drive Thru was open & this location was still fully staffed. On a few occasions one of the employees with their proper covering came outside to assist customers. At one point, he walked over to a customer who was a walk up to lend assistance. We also let a customer traveling on foot to go ahead of us, who afterwards thanked us via a handwritten note on the back of his receipt. My Son had three different needs going on & commented that the pen was still wet from someone wiping it down with sanitizer. Even via Drive Thru that stayed packed in all three lanes, the Bank Associate kept the flow going. We were in & out 15 minutes or less.
