Awful experience. Never once had a bad experience at a Wells Fargo until visiting this branch. Bankers were uninformed and provided me wrong information. Also, quite rude and dismissive. Left distressed because I was unable to get what I needed. I am a student, so within 10 minutes of getting in contact with my home branch in another state my problem was solved and I found out that what was told to me at this Columbia branch is not a Wells Fargo Policy, it’s a branch policy, contrary to what was told to me. Don’t come here if looking for an educated banker, any other Wells Fargo would probably treat you better.

I have banked here for 6 yrs. They contact me if there is any kind of odd activity going on. This prevents my account from being Hacked. Most of the time. If I see something that was not done by my, they get on it and get my money back.

Harrison is the best banker and he is so helpful. I ordered my debit card there and everything went so smoothly and efficiently. I have never had such a great experience until I came to this branch and worked with him. I now have a new debit card and I couldn’t be happier. What a great experience!

First and foremost the language presented on their app doesn’t reflect their actual policy, additionally if you happen to have a issue related to this and you go to this branch don’t expect much help.The branch manager and the other lady (I’ll call her the lead banker teller) aren’t helpful and do the classic “well this is our policy, I can file a complaint and bring awareness but we are still gonna steal your money”. Don’t bank with Wells Fargo

Extremely slow with managers too high and mighty to help out. They have no problem sending you to the back of the line or locking you out.

All the big banks are probably the same, but WF is the worst. I tried to cash a check from a WF account, and they said there was a three day hold. Absolutely ridiculous!

Prompt and courteous service after coming from 45 minutes of unnecessary waiting at a lesser location. Would recommend.

I would give a negative 5 if possible, waited in line over 1 hour and 12 minutes. Unable to get out of line due to lane configuration. Called into bank and manager said they were short staffed. I suggested to the manager that he help, but he can't do that! Actual teller was very good. Too bad the manager sucks.
